Jet's used to be my favorite, but I stopped ordering from there years ago due to the quality slipping. I decided to try it... again tonight. I ordered online. When I arrived, I am was told they did not have my order. After some searching, theydiscovered the ticket did not print. The end result was only another 10-minute wait but aggravating none the less. Have heard nothing but good things about there pizza. Haven't ate it but they sure do get alot of ppl ording from there.
This place is very hit or miss? My wife got a pizza yesterday and it was so undercooked we finished baking it ourselves. ... However there have been times when it's been perfect and that's why we come back. Guess it's all about who is working that day. Read more
Ordered a CBJ50 discounted pizza, bit into something hard and pulled out a piece of plastic or glass from the pizza. I love Jets... and this is the first bad experience I've ever had, but will deeply reconsider ordering from here again. Read more
My experience with this location over the last few months has been hit-or-miss. Often the pizza takes much longer than the app... says it will. For example, last night it arrived 45 minutes late (1 hour, fifty minutes total) and it was not even hot when itgot here. The delivery guys are trying but my experience with carry out and/or trying to call the store has been horrible. Read more
Ordered pizza at 4:45 for daughter and her friends before going to an event. Was to be delivered by 6:00. At 7:00 it still... had not arrived so called and got message to press 1 of there's a question or issue with an order. Phone continues to ring forthe last 20 minutes at the time of this review. I would say poor customer service except there's been none whatsoever. Read more
