I ordered 2 Large pizza at 2:40 and I was told 50 to 60 minutes To delivery. I ordered to have it ready on time when my boys get... home from school, an hour and 30 mints later and no sign of pizza or deriver and my boys home from school, so I called and gottransfer to the location manager and I expected to him what happened, he said I don?t have driver and he is waiting for an Uberto pick it up. So I asked him why was I not told that you don?t have driver I would have pick it up, he said I just cancel theorder and hang up the phone in my face???????????? Read more
They did pretty well! Guys were nice and timely when making our pizza. Will visit soon for another BBQ chicken pizza.
Placed my order at 10:59 thinking everything was fine because closing was at 12. Instead my order gets canceled at 11:00 on the... dot claiming I was ?unable to reach? I had 0 missed calls / emails from this place and I attempted to call and was immediatelytransferred to an automated message stating they were closed and my card was charged TWICE by them for what reason? Thenreimbursed. Beyond frustrated. Also first time ordering from here they were rude on the phone when they gave me the incorrectfood. This place deserves 0 business. I know there have been a lot of negative reviews on here lately, but I wanted to share my experience with this Papa John's... tonight. Our order was delivered ahead of time, the pizza was hot, and the pizzas were made exactly per my online order. Andall on the night of the CFB Championship! Their semi truck seems to like to block the drive thru pick up window at peak times. When you go inside they usually seem very... overwhelmed and disorganized. The papa track app will say my pizza is done but the employees either can't find it or it is notreally done. The food is on par with other Papa John's though so if you like their product it should be fine here. But if youorder at a super busy time expect a wait and probably some poor communication on when your food will be done. Have definitelybeen told "5 more minutes" and then had it be 25 more minutes at this place. Read more
What is this though..I asked for a pepperoni and green pepper pizza and this is what we received. Just laziness. The employee... working when I came in the store was too busy chugging her sprite to remember that I had ordered Sierra mist as well. Also, wasnot masked when she came to pick up, and hand me my order. Seemed to be the only one working and the store was dead. But I guessthere were more important things to do than the one and only thing she was responsible for. Hopefully the rest of the employeesat this store are a bit more motivated. Doubt I will return. Semi trucked was allowed to be parked in the drive thru only lane so I couldn't get my pizza. The manager and driver seen me... there waiting and they decided to unload the truck there instead of In front of the door!! Never picked the phone as I tried tocall for 40 minutes! Finally when I got home with other food someone picked up. Manager Jeff said I could just walk in when Icalled. I informed him of my injury and why I ordered there since it has a .... drive thru window.... Sounded like he could careless. Contacted corporate and never got a response. Lost a 5 star review and nows its 1 cause you can't do zero. Will neverorder from this location again. Maybe the entire franchise now since corporate doesn't care either. Read more
