Google hours showed restaurant open, but nobody came to the drive thru speaker or window. If you don?t open til 9, please update... hours online. I went to another Taco Bell down the road and found the same - online said open, but nobody was there. Some of ushave tiny humans at home who wake up before the crack of dawn, despite having been up all night. We depend on our weekend TBellbreakfast fuel to keep us going one more day. The hard taco shells are rancid. Taste and smell of a paint thinner type chemical. Went here twice and both times, the same... issue. Steer clear!! Read more
Food was good. They are desperately understaffed. They all worked so hard and as fast as they could. I dined in because there... were 10-12 cars at the drive thru. There were only 4 people inside. It took 15 minutes to get 2 tacos. It's not there fault butsomething needs to be done. Read more
Teach employees how to do chalupa shells right. Mine were hard as a rock, waited in line to take them back, dinning room closed.... Only to get same results. Left shells in parking lot and ate the toppings with a fork I luckily had in glove box. Read more
This is easily the worst Taco Bell I?ve been to. My orders are wrong more than they are right. For instance, Tonight I ordered a... nacho bell grande and I received chips, queso, and beans. It was slopped together so all of the chips were soggy. It wentdirectly into the trash. Stay far away! Read more
This place is very inconsistent. Some of the reviews do have positive stars and that?s good. But In my experience, 3/5 times... it?s a bad experience because often times I?ll either have the order wrong or they don?t even tell me something is out ofstock. One time, I ordered two crunchy tacos and a chalupa and they only gave me a taco and a chalupa. The other time, Iordered extra sour cream on the nachos and they didn?t even tell me they had no sour cream left so all my nachos and tacos thatday had absolutely no sour cream in it, which is infuriating because I explicitly paid for extra sour cream. Then twoexperiences I had amazing service and great food, but because of just how inconsistent they are, this is a two star. I sincerelyhope they get better staffing or just do something about the consistency because having it be a 50/50 chance of a good or badexperience is horrible. I?ll always keep going to the Taco Bell next to the 271 highways for this reason because at least theyare consistent. EDIT: It has become far worse than before. We spent over $50 on our order, just to receive 8 tacos that looked like this! We live over an hour away so no going back to... complain. Wouldn't answer their phone when I tried to call and complain. This is absolutely ridiculous. We asked for NO LETTUCE,we still wanted some beef and cheese on the taco! Read more
