Placed my order over the speaker for 2 coffee and when got to the window they gave me 1. I ask them where's my 2nd one they told... me we heard only one and if you want it you'll need to drive back around. How rude! Terrible customer service! Read more

I think this place has become a fall-out of COVID. Pre-covid it was a great place to get coffee and donuts. I'm sure they are... short-staffed. They have just never recovered. There is really nothing good to say about it. Read more

Unfortunately won?t be visiting this place again even though it?s super close and convenient. I understand they may be short... staffed, so slower service is understandable. My issue is if it?s going to take you a while to get my food at least get my orderright and don?t give it to me in a sloppy manner. My bagel was definitely not toasted, had cream cheese everywhere and wasshoved in a bag and the sandwich we ordered was a mess, everything falling off. And got my drink order wrong, not sure how youmistake pomegranate for orange?. Read more

Let's just say these people (employees) are so incompetent! Let's talk about attitudes. I heard an employee yelling and cussing... about their schedule, unprofessional. They were slamming orders on the drive thru counter. I ordered a combo the dumb broad charged me almost seven dollars for a disgusting cold sandwich. When I called the rude cow said I only charged you for thesandwich. I clearly said combo, that includes a side and a drink. Rude! Rude! Rude! You have one job to do, serve me my correctorder. I teach 5 year Olds smarter and more competent then the current staff. FYI, don't just close the lobby, close the wholeestablishment. Why keep it open. With people who clearly are...what's the word? Lazy and just plain stupid. I swear they havethe competency of a door knob. Read more

TWICE within the past month, I've ran into an issue where I place an online order, I go to pick it up and I'm told that they're... not selling an item that was on my order. Definitely very frustrating. Would be nice if you show on your app if you're sold outof something before I put it on my online order, then go to pick it up and then be told "I'm sorry! We're not selling this itemright now." Be better! Read more

Most of the workers here act like they're being bothered or don't want to be there. Along with that I have recently gotten a... breakfast sandwich on 3 separate occasions and the eggs have been GREEN. Tried to contact a manager or whomever was in chargeand they acted like they didn't care. Like it was a burden to complain about bad eggs (things that can make your customerssick). I will no longer be patronizing this establishment as the quality has crashed and burned within the last 2 years. Read more

Unfortunately the service was disappointing and leaned toward the rude side. I had to ask for my receipt. Our hash browns were... cold and my bagel, while I did request double toasted, was charred and not edible. Not sure I would return for anything beyondthe Timbits or doughnuts using the drive through only. Read more
