The service was great! The food, not so much. The salad bar plates were dirty and so many pieces of the lettuce were brown that... we had to settle on the spinach. We got the macaroni and chicken carbonara. The chicken was fairly good but the pasta was verybland. Now the worst part of the meal was the ?garlic breadstick? that was advertised to come with the pastas. To our surprise,this ?garlic? breadstick had no garlic seasoning and was in fact just a whole grain hot dog bun. Not sure what that was about! Read more
My server Miss Peyton was exceptional. She was friendly and helpful plus apologetic when the kitchen food screen went down to... make our food. It was ok I had plenty of time. Not the cleanest place. We ordered chicken nachos and pulled pork nachos and the bbq sauce they use us too sweet and they used... plentiful of it. The chicken was probably old because it was dry. They looked good but would never get again. Read more
The food was all outstanding. The portions were large and very generous but not ridiculously huge. My Smokehouse Burger was... cooked perfectly medium as requested from really high quality ground beef. It was perfectly seasoned. I almost hate to give suchhigh praise for a "chain restaurant house barbecue sauce"... But it really is one the best I've ever had and pushes and elevatesan already great burger up yet another level. It came with a large plate full of crispy and perfect fried tots. I only wish thisplace wasn't so far away. My dining partners had the grilled salmon and a seasonal penne pasta dish with an assortment of meatsand both seemed just as pleased with their meals as I was. Ordered Ruby Tuesday to go and this is the ribeye they serve. I ordered it medium and the entire steak was GRAY & WHITE. I came in with my friend on a Saturday night and it was super slow in there. The service here was AWFUL! We waited for more than... 40 minutes for our food to come out. And when it finally came out on our table, there were no utensils to eat our food with. Wehad to ask for it. While we were waiting for a very long time for our food to come out, we were looking around the restaurantand noticed the whole restaurant was so dirty. Food crumbs were all over the floor everywhere (see attached picture below), allthe tables were so dirty. Even my friend had to wipe our table with an alcohol wipe herself that she pulled out from her ownpurse. The whole experience here was so bad that we will never come back to this location again. Do not eat here. We had the worst service ever. The drink machine went down, due to neglecting to clean it right. We received... filthy forks and knives. They took them back to clean them 3 times and they still were filthy. Our orders sat for at least anhour before they were served. By the time our food reached the table everything was dry and tasted like rubber. Read more
Great experience! We had a larger party and the food came out quick, it was delicious and their salad bar had a great selection... of items including homemade pasta salads! Laura did a great job keeping our drinks full and checked in on us. The GeneralManager Travis was also very nice and came over during our meal to make sure everything was alright!
