People's orders via doordasher were ordered before the people's in the drive-through or lobby but take the last priority. As a... dasher every single time I see a bag sitting there or one they haven't even begun to prepare they eventually seal and hand it. IAWAYS have wait at least 10 minutes. There is no excuse to not make orders that were ordered before the customers in the lobbyor drive-through. It's not fair to the Dashers too. We don't get paid sitting around waiting for an order, we only get paid whenwe leave the restaurant and until we drop it off. By the time I pick up TJ order I could've picked up at McDonalds or Pizza Hutorders the very LEAST 10 minutes earlier. Both of them have the food ready 95% of the time. Doordash only lets us work duringthe few and short hours in peak times. There's no reason for Taco John make Doordash orders the last priority. Read more
Pulled up at 957. Got to the window at 1001. New hours they close at 10 instead of 11. Unfriendly at the window. Been going to... the taco bus instead now. Read more
Terrible drive through experience. Over 30 minute wait just to get to the window. At the window another 10 minutes. Polite... gentleman at the window, but entirely too sssslllloooowwww service. Read more
Terrible service today. Went inside and ordered. We waited 15 minutes, I went to the counter and was told the drive thru was... their priority and they were slammed! Waited until the driver thru line went down, went back to the counter after another 10minutes and finally received our food. My food was cold, so it's going to be awhile if I go back. Read more
I know the food isn?t always five star at tacos johns but I always loved to go to the one in powell for the service they are... usually some of the nicest people. The guy at the window wasn?t bad training still polite the girls though cutting him off justall around rude with the way they talked and then I got my nacho barley anything on it at all what a complete wast of money Icould of went and got a bag of chips and dip for cheaper and got more! Was cut off at the drive through when trying to order, they gave me my total when I was trying to order more then when I asked... for 7 packets of hot sauce they said I could only have two. ???? I offered to buy the extra and was told no because they don?thave a button for it. Felt more like a burden being there then Anything. Read more
Today, I ordered 2 Quesadillas and #9 and sides of Super Hot? I just have to say, Thank you!!!. That?s first time in 3 years... that there is actually some HEAT in the side of Super Hot. Generally speedy, fresh and not sloppy. Emma?s team does fantastic every time. There are times you?ll get the occasional broken... taco but overall this location is great. Read more
