Slowest drivethru ever! Don?t waste your time here. Drinks poorly made and 15 min wait in drive thru.
Came in to SB after getting frustrated that TH has such rotten customer service. The SB employee greeted me with a smile and I... was in and out of there within 3 minutes of entering with my coffee! They are fast efficient and polite! Will go back to SBanytime! TH is the worst!!! Read more
Was not able to sit and enjoy our coffee. 3 customers filled their capacity inside, no chairs available outside. The big table... down the middle was not in use. Ugh. Come on Starbucks. Do better! Read more
Friendly staff, very clean tables and counters, bathrooms were also clean and tidy. Drinks were made correctly. They were out of... cranberry bliss bars when I was there. Bit of a wait to get our drinks but over all a decent Starbucks. Parking lots shared withother stores and exit from drive through to road is right beside each other so it creates a traffic jam there. Shoutout to Janet, we came to Powell River for a visit and she was incredibly friendly and gave us some amazing recommendations... for our time here while we were getting coffee. Starbucks usually has great customer service but she truly went above and beyondand it was super appreciated. We hope to visit again soon :) Read more
