9 out of 10 times when I order online from the Powhatan Dunkin? Donuts they do not have the blueberry donuts. The app doesn?t... show they are sold out. Normally I just get different ones upon arrival but today I just asked for a refund. The told me theycannot refund my order. They said I need to call corporate and wouldn?t provide their number. Its hit or miss here depending on who's working and the day. Sometimes the coffee and service is good other days the coffee is... bitter from sitting out so long or watered down or 80% milk. Sometimes the donuts are decent and other times old and stale.Overall the sandwiches have always been good in my opinion so that has been a safe bet for me. If you have to have decaf I willsay check the label on your cup before drinking because I've been given caffenated multiple times which for me at least causesvery bad side effects so that's my biggest qualm. WALKED to see 5 high-school kids 2 with heads down the on Center counter Island table. 4 kids behind the service Counter so... disheveled their hair looked like they were riding in back of a pickup truck. With only 5 types of Donuts to choose from @3pm!. It's was Election day & I wanted to take Poll Workers something oh wellllll!! Had to wait for a Med Coffee with Sugar andFake Cream...er! The store and restroom was CLEAN! I ordered coffee & a croissant. The croissant was good. I asked for sausage & egg; she added... cheese... The coffee was mediocre. It was heavy on the cream & fairly weak. I would have preferred to add my own cream; thatoption wasn't there. I thought the price was a little steep for $7.24.
