Ordered a super basic toasted steak and cheese on my lunch break and got an ice cold meat, soggy breaded trash can filler.... Pulled off before I thought to check the food. Wont make that mistake again. Read more
Was a decent experience, and I have gotten my order wrong only once, and hope it never happens again. It?s right next to my... work, so I pass it all the time. Also, some of the cashiers can be pretty rude sometimes, but other than staff and orders, greatrest stop for gas or a snack. Doesn?t deserve a 5 star for sure but it was good enough to say the least. I had an issue with a cash deposit which freaked me out because it was stuck in limbo for the weekend, but the management team... went above and beyond to help me. I dealt with a few managers, one spent almost an hour calling support to try to help me,another got me all the information I needed, and another really took good care of me. I admit that I did get upset and hopefullydidn?t come across as rude, but they turned a nightmare into a great experience in the end.
