I usually don't go to this sheetz much I went to get a lottery ticket a day before my birthday and I go up to the register and... one of the employees go oh you have to put it thru the machine and I go oh so you usually don't do it up the front and she goesno and I went and got the manager and she act like she couldn't get my $1.00 the machine and goes do u wanna buy a scratchtickets I said I'm going somewhere else to get it what a waste of time I will not be going back there for a good while. I've goten a chicken quesidilla when i ordered steak, no refund!(i came back a few days after with a picture of the chicken in... my quesidilla, as well as the ticket showing i got steak) they said i shouldve called and theyd put my name down, in my opinionit doesnt matter how i come back complaining, just fix the issue. Another time they've forgotten to give me the sour cream thatthey charge extra for. Now im really upset with them because some let a literal block of ice in my drink that was handmade. Read more
I stopped for gas, the rest room, and some snacks. The pumps worked fine, and the restrooms were acceptable. While they were no... too clean, they were not too bad. The convenience store is smaller that some larger convenience stores, but it has the basics.There are self service registers for quicker checkout.
