Wife called order in when I was 15-20 minutes away. get there and they didn?t have order yet. my wife sent me snap shot of... order# , what we ordered, and payment confirmation. but still wouldn?t make it until it came across. after waiting 30 minutestotal just disappointed and disgusted. not about the money. But it is about the sad state of way business and how people don?tcare. Worth the drive to Sheetz and at least get better food and service Read more

This Subway is usually pretty good, so we decided to order subs from here for our team this week as it?s a really busy week for... them and we want to make sure they are fed. We were going to get a pretty large order. I got up early to go pick it up, wechecked their hours and they were open 9A-9P and I worked 10:30A-11P this day. So I got there around 9:55 and they didn?t lookopen but the sign on the door said hours Monday-Sunday 9A-9P so I figured maybe it just looked closed in there and got out andwalked up to the door. There were people in there but the door was locked. I went back and waited thinking maybe the opened at10 but they didn?t. I left around 10:15 with no subs and now having to find another place to order lunch from today. Pleaseeither update your hours or open on time. Read more

This Subway is not what it used to be. I, and others, have all but stopped going there because prices have climbed while... service has deteriorated. This will be my last visit. I was hoping to run in for a quick sandwich. What I witnessed is hard tobelieve. For three consecutive customers, including myself, the first server would ask the customer what he or she wanted, wouldget the bread out of the oven, and then say she forgot what kind of sandwich the person had ordered literally seconds earlier.Then, the second server who finished the sandwich also forgot three times in a row what kind of sandwich she had just made inthe few seconds it took her to walk over to the cash register to ring up the sale. Customers were rolling their eyes at whatthey were witnessing. It gets a bit frustrating to have to repeatedly remind them of what kind of sandwich you had ordered. Itwas as if they were paying zero attention to each customer. The result was that getting a sandwich took much longer than itshould have. And after all that, I discovered the bread in my sandwich was less than freshly baked. And a manager was nowherein sight. This location used to be excellent. But no more. I don?t see myself going back there anytime soon, if ever. Read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. When they make your food wrong, and you call this location to speak to a... manager about food they made that you cannot eat, you WILL be told that "this location doesn't have a manager". When you ask fora refund for food you now cannot eat, they fight you tooth and nail, then claim that their area manager will get in touch withyou. This location shouldn't be functioning without any kind of management. I'm pretty confident that that is not subway policy.Order here at your own risk. Read more

I had lost faith in Subway due to many experiences or poor quality and service. This franchise knocks it out of the park on all... fronts. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and hard-working. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. We lovestopping in for a quick bite and a laugh with the staff. Keep up the good work. Read more

Had a sub yesterday from there and pulled a piece of hair out of the food. Called the store spoke to a young lady and she... offered a free sandwich upon my return. Called this subway today and let them know of the situation and told them I was comingto get the sandwich and you blandly heard the manager in the back state "I'm not making no damn sandwich from yesterday." Fullof attitude and rude. My husband and I came to store to get my sandwich and the blonde manager was nothing but rude. Rushing andattitude with the customer that was in front of us and then when it came to us before we started who we were they were talkinggarbage about the "free sandwhich" people not knowing I was there. Then once I told them who I was the attitude and rudeness goteven worse! I will not be returning to the store and it was completely uncalled for the way they treat people here. And to makeit even better it was complaining about hair in the food and they still didn't put a hair net on. This is the worse subway I canimagine. Read more
