Three words: Cheapest gas around! Join their rewards program and add your bank account to the card. Coen doesn't have to pay... swipe fees on the credit/debit cards and they pass savings on to you. $0.20/gal off using this method. There is also the bonusof digital receipts right on your phone. Stopped to get food on my way to work and the server was behind on orders so it was super slow and when she finally caught up... here comes 3 other employees coming out of the back and this has happened multiple times. What are they doing back there ?Having Bible study? Read more
Store is clean & has nice selection. Employees friendly. The pumps are my only complaint. Every time it says "please see... cashier", meaning I must go inside to pay, I leave and buy my fuel & other items elsewhere. It's frustrating bc this is the onlyplace this happens to me. Please fix your pumps. Read more
Almost always food ready at 5:00am when they open. Employees have always been nice to me so not sure about the other comments.... And they always have paper in fuel reciept printers. Read more
I'll say 3.5 to 4 stars. I only had 2 semi bad experiences. First, I called to order a lg pizza to be picked up & the girl on... the phone was kinda smart mouth saying kitchen is closed & I said you still have 20 min before kitchen closes & it only takes 10min to make a pizza. She said oh well I already closed the kitchen. Second time I went into the store to order a pizza (dideverything on the kiosk) & watched the girl proceed to talk on her cell phone for at least 5 min before attempting to make mypizza (probably same girl I talked to on the phone that time). All in all love their pizza, can't beat $10 for a lg. I had moregood experiences than bad. I will continue to be a customer. Can't wait till the Moundsville location is done. More convenientfor myself. Read more
Not the worst place. The bathroom is usually fairly clean as is the rest of the store. The previous reviews are correct about... some of the employees. Terrible customer service about half of the time. The other half of the time they're decent. Hopemanagement actually cares and reads these. I avoid the store now if I don't just badly need a bathroom break. The food usuallyisn't terrible, but it's still a convenience store so the orices are going to be a little high. Read more
Stopped to get food made the order on the kiosk the young girl waited till after I made my selections to tell me she was... closed... yet there was food in the glass area where they keep the food warm. She was snotty and had a staring problem. Asdrivers we can?t sit down and eat anywhere due to the epidemic, and yet snots like these close early or pick and choose who getsservice. I miss the Convenient Store that was there.... those ppl were nice and took care of their customers. Coen needs to goback where they came from! And take their snotty employee's with them! Not the first issue here either they aren?t consistentwith the food to begin with smh! Read more
I was traveling last night and stopped in as they were cleaning the kitchen area. I got a cold wrap sandwich and was greeted by... a friendly staff. Sandwich was great, and gas at a great price. I wish the would bring these to Pittsburgh Pa. Read more
