We totally understand everywhere is understaffed right now and waiting may be more than 20 mins. But today as we got our long... awaited food it tasted well.... Stale. I got the western burger it was cold and tasted like old burger. My husband got the $6cheeseburger that was also cold, dry and tasted left out. The fries to the touch felt like fries that you find in your kidscarseat(cold and crunchy).The cashier was kind but the food made us feel well, nasty after eating 2 bites. Stick with the roast beef because the burgers aren't all that, especially that prime rib burger. Pictures show it rare or medium... rare(prime rib is pink and juicy), but you get well done overcooked dry leather. Good for making shoes but not to eat, so don'twaste your money. Read more

You?re short staffed? Somebody didn?t show up on time? Things didn?t go as planned opening the store? Fine. Customers have... come to accept waiting or finding the establishment is out of certain items as a ?norm?. Being short staffed or having staffarrive late is no excuse for being just plain flippant to guests whom are spending money in your place of business. Staffhandling these workplace inconveniences with grace, eagerness and problem solving skills seems to be lost here, especially. Ourcounter person was less than happy, never apologized for opening late, never smiled, and carried a poor, downtrodden, annoyedtone while taking our order. A bit of customer service could?ve gone a long way. A smile. A genuine, ?Good morning, I?m sosorry, we?re off to a slow start today, but we?ll do our best to get your food out as quickly as possible. Thanks for comingin!? would have changed our experience this AM, but we did not get that, just a crabby employee?s melancholy disdain. It wouldserve to remember that whatever happened that morning, the guests should not suffer. That guests are the reason for any businessto survive and to ultimately pay employees wages. Make them feel comfortable. Explain the situation. Apologize for theinconvenience. Acknowledge the issue. Act to provide the best service possible and for Pete?s sake, just smile.
