No greeting at drive thru nor a thank you when paying!!! Very rude!! Get to window for order and its wrong ask for a manager and... they look at you like what are you talking about. Would leave no stars if I could. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. Never experienced thus at a McDonald's. The meat... patty was very dry and the bun was dry and it was barely warm. The fries were cool. I started with diet coke at the fountain. Itasted it first and was flat. Moved on to Dr. Pepper and settled. Was in hurry. Took it all on carryout and got the fooddisappointments. If I would have dined in I would have complained. Keep away!!! Read more
Live locally and wished there were other fast food options. Been here 3 times now, service very slow, fries are always very... stale and hamburgers are over salted. If you?re ok with waiting for poor quality old food then this is your place. Will avoidgoing forward. Read more
Multiple cars waiting with no response in drive through. A sign would be nice if you aren't taking orders after 9 pm. Everyone... including me left due to literally no response from anyone. Lots of missed business; I hope a manager is aware. Read more
On a Saturday afternoon with the lobby empty. A couple of cars in the drive through. Was ignored by staff while at counter. ... Looked at us and kept working. Used kiosk which never gave us a receipt. The minute 15 teenagers walk in there was someone atthe counter taking orders. Asked for my soda cup and it's sitting next the kiosk which God knows how many people have touchedor sneezed on it. I live local and probly will not return. If you are not going to give customer service you should close thelobby. Read more
Experience was pretty bad overall. Kiosk ordering was fine, but a lot of the open seating areas were still dirty from previous... visitors. Ketchup dispenser was broken with no sign to indicate so. Two of the fountain flavors were out, and the fluid drainwas clogged. Food quality was 3 out of 5. Fries were over-salted, Nuggets were cold, and they forgot ingredients on my wife'sDeluxe Chicken Sandwich. Saving grace was that the bathroom was relatively clean and the staff was polite. But if this was mylocal McDonald's, I wouldn't be returning anytime soon. Read more
Been here for 55 minutes with 15+ employees in the back and not one employee clean up and sanitize tables or anything even... walking pass me to use the restroom or bs with their friends. Last time I come to this lazy McDonalds. Read more
This has gotten a lot better. It had been while since I had been there. 6months back was terrible. The food is fresh, Large... Coke for $1 best tasting Coka- Cola in the area. Easy on and off interstate. I would recommend it, and I am picky about fastfood. Especially since it's just about as expensive as eating somewhere. Read more
