I love their delicious donuts and bagels. The store looks really nice, small but cozy, haven't been their since covid though.

Going on and reading this bad reviews is just poo! This Dunkin has not one thing to complain about! We go here often and support... this restaurant in town because they are always FAST, FRIENDLY AND CLEAN. This drive thru is literally the fastest in town! Thestaff is always upbeat and friendly. I've never seen an employee in that store ever be a drag. It's always upbeat and fast pace!The manager goes above and beyond to make that a great running store. Not the shiniest Dunkin around, but it's a nice, clean shop with friendly staff and delicious treats.
Of course coffee was good! But the only worker made it known to me multiple times how she was the only one working, blah blah... blah. But I wasn't complaining, I was actually just patiently waiting. She pretty much forced me to listen as she keptcomplaining while making my order. Maybe it's time for her to look for a change, maybe. Or maybe just a bad day, but don'tbring customers down with you. Best Dunkin Donuts I have been to. The ladies working there were super friendly, attentive, and crazy fast! Our coffee orders... came out tasting great! The store is clean and welcoming. They do a great job at this DD, wish all followed their example. Read more
We were from out of town. We ordered one large iced coffee and one large hot coffee. We get thru the drive-through and we get... told what the amount was which seemed high but we gave the credit card and then they proceeded to try to give us the one largeiced coffee and a large cold brew. I informed the gal that we didn?t order that and they apologized and told us to pull aheadand they would bring it out to us. Well then my husband and I asked when they were going to reimburse us because obviously I hadalready paid for the order and I was not going to pay for a large Cold brew when I didn?t order that. She became flustered andthe manager came to the drive-through window being very rude and asking what we needed. We asked again when we were going to becredited on our credit card for the difference of the coffee and she basically said would a five dollar coupon make you feelbetter. We then said OK sure. She then handed it to us and told us to pull ahead and our coffee would be done shortly. Nowheredid we imply that we wanted to be reimbursed for their mistake. All I wanted was to pay for the coffee that I was receiving.Manager was very rude. Read more
