So funny story. I called Pizza Hut to order pizza, was told it'd be 20m. Waited 20 and called again, they had no order and said... maybe it was in the oven. Come in 10m. After 10m I come wait in line, 40m has passed total (line wait 10m) I get to the window.No pizza for that name. None. Woman says maybe I got re-routed to a call center for Pizza Hut and then they placed theorder. The order was sent to some city in Colorado Pueblo,CO I live 17 hours away from this city. No pizza is worth thatdrive. The only reason I have given 3 stars is because the woman at the window was apologetic and gave a coupon for free pizza.The 3 star review is aimed at the company, not the staff that work in this particular store. Online order deals weren't accepted at the store. Couldn't order using the app, had to use the website. Long line to pickup,... lobby was closed. Read more
A very very sad sign of the times where ppl just don't want to work (I have NEVER stopped working even during the pandemic)... which disappointments me tbh We were not able to dine in during our travels bc again few want to work The staff let us order atthe drive thru window & we waited in the lot & drove on ???? I placed my order online and my husband picked it up. He was early. The employee told him I had just placed the order and that... they were working on it. He waited and received exactly what I had ordered. Everything was as promised and very good. Read more

I have always enjoyed eating at Pizza Hut until this evening. I waited ten minutes to be seated and no one was ahead of me. Then... when I was seated I was not given a menu to order from. After I ordered meaty marinara pasta I continued to wait a hour beforebeing served. Another advised me they had been waiting two hours for pizza. This is the true definition of terrible service.
