I had a misunderstanding, I've never been to a take and bake place, so I had to have my hotel cook it for me, but the pizza... itself was amazing and such a great price for it as well! The store was very clean and felt open and welcoming, and the workerswere polite and pleasant! I wish I had one back home that I could order from because I would definitely be a repeat customer! We have really made this our go to place on busy nights! The staff is always great (especially Mason!) and even when they?re... extremely busy and understaffed they do their best to be thorough and quick and I have never had an extremely long wait there. Read more

I called to place an order for pick-up and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. It was a last minute decision to... order from there and I was on my way home when I decided to go with them for dinner tonight. She told me 45 minutes to an hourbefore my pizza would be ready. I asked if there was any way to get it sooner as I was about 2 minutes away. She said wellyou should have ordered it hours ago then. I said sorry last minute decision. She then proceeded to tell me that if peoplewould stop calling and coming into the store they might be able to get the pizza made. This store gives Papa Murphy's a bad name. Two times in the last few months we ordered pizza and it was less than average. Just... ordered the Chicken Garlic pizza advertised for $12 for a large. Very little chicken and cheese. Clerk tried to charge $15 plustax. I told him it was $12. He said the owners don't share the costs with new employees. This particular store has gone downhill in a very big way. We won't be going there anymore. There are too many places in the Sauk City area that has much betterpizza.
