Not mad, but disappointed. Ordered through the app because I couldn't leave work atm. Spinach wasn't chopped in my salad at all,... and the whole bowl was basically just spinach and lettuce, not very many toppings. Not the first salad that doesn't come outright. My last one was basically all toppings, no spinach or lettuce, and drowned in sauce it made me sick. Please fix thisissue Read more
Food is sloppily made customer service is horrible me and my father got sick after eating here they close at 7pm or 8pm not 10pm... or 11pm the place is empty but is dirty every time we go. Read more
I would leave zero stars if I could. Very unhappy with this location's customer service, the staff isn't very friendly or... welcoming. The place was empty but yet the place was dirty. All of the unoccupied tables were dirty and littered with crumbs. In addition, the floor appeared to need mopping. Horrible customer service even from management concerning poor food qualityafter we had to drive all the way back to subway, gas isn't cheap! I was very unhappy with the Subway in Prairie Grove, AR on 6/26/22 at around 12:30 pm. Limited choices, flies were landing on my... sandwich while being made, employees were very grungy looking. I will never return to this location and would advise others todo the same. Read more
My husband and I come to this location specifically often! We love just down the street.. we always go on a limb and stop by... subway for a quick bite.. the staff in here is always so friendly and inviting! And the food is always so fresh! Here latelyit?s been two young men and they are awesome! (One specifically with a longer beard) They keep the store clean and are friendlyand boy do they know how to stuff my husbands sandwich!!!! They always make great sandwiches, but I am extra impressed by the manager. He found my wallet in the parking lot two nights... ago. He held on to it for me and said he even tried to find me! Nothing was missing, nothing rummaged through. I will be aforever customer! Read more
