I?ve had some issues with undercooked chicken but that?s not the biggest issue?at all. There have been way too many times that I... have arrived to pick up my mobile order to find that it has been stolen. I?ve even had doordash and Grubhub drivers contact meto tell me my order has been stolen. Would not recommend ordering ahead unless you plan to be in the store before the time itsays it will be ready. They need to get a handle on this because it is so frustrating. Read more
It?s usually fine. Way overpriced chain, however, and usually small to moderate mistakes in order. (Note I don?t make special... requests) I almost want to give two stars but I?ve had enough good interactions with staff it?s fine. Coffee in-store doesn?t stay fresh unlike other locations. My last two visits I had warm coffee that I couldn?t drink. Stars are... for the clean store and great service. Read more
We ordered tuna salad sandwiches and potato soup. After 10 min were told they were out of tuna salad. So got something else.... Also ordered potato soup. It was old and should have never been served. Oh also got home with third sandwich order wrong too. Ithink we might need new management here. Read more
They were out of everything and the portions were small. We even asked for a discount since we had to alter all of the order,... but the guy only explained why they were out of everything (someone made a large order earlier in the day). My sandwich wasmostly lettuce. The quinoa bowl was nearly empty, so we had to go up and ask them for more, which is why the picture shows therice on top. My "smoothie" was mostly ice on the bottom. The food was delicious, but these prices aren't justified for what youget. Read more
I got a vanilla late, the cup was only half full. My wife got a larged iced coffee with cream and sugar. They handed it to her... and said they forgot to put in sugar so they handed her 2 sugar packs... we pay the monthly membership. If this is what we getmaybe its time to cancel it. Read more
As ALWAYS the cashiers are so friendly! This particular visit was exceptionally good BECAUSE I had the BEST Greek Salad with... just spinach for the greens. The one that prepared it did such AMAZING job! The salad was well put together with just the rightamount of everything! I had to go to her after and thank her for such a job well done! I have had a few mishaps in the past two weeks with my order being incorrect and items not arriving as they should, and I have... brushed them off because of everything going on. Today I didn't receive my coffee and I called to see if they could have thedasher turn back around and bring it to me. Instead, Pedro from the store drove a new coffee to me.
