Last few times (3 or 4) I have come here, I have waited for 15-20 minutes at the window and nobody would come by. They even walk... past the window and look at me but keep walking. One time, I came a couple of hours before close and they put a notice on thewindow saying they were not taking orders. I anticipate this location will be closed within the year unless the operationalissues are resolved. My neighbors have had similar experiences. Definitely not a deep dish. Dough is raw. UPDATE: Went back to store. The pizza is supposed to be a deep dish, 3 meats. Crispy... sides....8 pieces....I talked to team and was told because half was eaten they could not do anything ( forget about it beingraw). Not sure when half of 8 equals 6. Maybe the reason why the pizza is round and not square?? IDK.. I talked to GM, no help.And apparently the director was there. Was told I met him but not sure when. He obviously didn't want to help. I understandpolicy but be a little professional and stand by your product....honor your policy. And for goodness sake learn division. Read more
Ordered and paid for pizzas through the app 2 weeks ago , went to store to pick up. We do this almost every Friday night. But... this time there was a totally vacant parking lot and front door was locked. I waited. Finally an employee came to the door ,told me and another customer who had arrived that they had no pizza dough and couldn?t serve us. At 6:30pm on a Friday night.And that we would be refunded in 2 days. Guess what? No refund. Have filed multiple feedback reports to corporate site but noanswer. No one answers phone here. I witnessed one lady take orders, prepare pizzas, answer the phone, handle the drive thru line, and she did all this while being... friendly. I decided to wait outside and she personally walked my pizzas out to my car. This happened on 8/10/22 around 8pm. Idon't know her name but she was great. Thank you lady. Read more
Very polite and helpful staff. They always serve fresh pizzas. Their thin crust pep. is hard to beat. Clean facility.
Did an order at 9:50 pm on a Saturday night through the app, I showed up at the window and the employee said that they were... already closing down, I said don't you close at 12? He said yes. I ordered a Detroit style one with pepperoni the other withsausage and jalapenos..20 min later he brought it out and it was under cooked and wrong, the entire thing was pepperoni, sausageand jalapenos...the sides were this and under cooked, the underside was undercooked...typical for ascension parish...worst Read more
This location has taken a turn for the worse over the last year. I stopped by to pick up a pizza a couple of weeks ago and was... told that there was a 40 minute wait. I left. We used the app last night to order ahead - one ultimate supreme, one "slices andstix" half pepperoni, half cheese sticks. The supreme was undercooked and was shorted on ingredients. The slices and stix waspassable. I won't be using this location any more. Read more
