Great customer service and Delicious Donuts
They had no donuts at 10am on a Sunday. Very disappointing.
I enjoy the donuts at this location, I use to buy a dozen every Sunday morning for family. But I will never go back now. I... looked at my last two receipts, I was charged a non-cash transaction fee without being told/asked if was ok. Its not about the$, its about feeling misled. Why not ask or tell customers that paying with credit card will have a fee? That is a cost ofrunning a business, not my fee to pay on top of your retail priced food. Read more
First time at this location and my experience was great. The donuts ???? were hot and fresh as well as delicious. The employees... were very welcoming and friendly, I was in and out within 5 minutes which surprised me being how many people were gettingdonuts. They were great and move fast Read more
Not only are the doughnuts fresh and well glazed and filled. Great drink selection all local brands coffee, milks, and juice... even has bai drinks so you can pretend your making a healthy choice. The only thing sweeter is the owner of the location, herstaff and want to do right by the community. Read more
Excellent donuts and some of the best service I've ever had. My absolute favorite are their chocolate-frosted fried donuts... because they don't glaze them as well. This gives the perfect balance of sweet chocolate and salty (by comparison) dough. Manyothers just put chocolate over already glazed donuts and that's just too sweet. It?s a shame I have to post. This donut shop IS the best in Prairieville; great employees and friendly people. However, I?m not... a picky person when it comes to donuts. I like anything and everything! But if I ask for whatever?s hot, I expect a hot donut!!!That?s really all I want and they did not offer that ANY of the times I?ve been there and asked point blank at 4 in the morning.I?m envious of the reviews that state they have hot donuts.
