Went here and ordered a 2 can dine chicken meal, requested that the thighs and the backs be replaced with drumsticks or wings, ... once my order was fixed I checked it before leaving, they fixed it with thighs and backs, I told the lady it was wrong, insteadof them fixing another order she took it to the back and took the backs and thighs out of the box after being told to refix theorder and put the chicken back on the racks after I had touched it. Ordered 3 spicy tenders, fries, and coke. Got to the window and the girl confirmed my order. Got home with 2 mild dark meat... bonified with beans & rice. At least the coke was right. I hope whoever got my order enjoyed it. Read more
I stop in the drive-thru today. The cashier at the window had a pleasant smile, even though she wore a mask, and a sweet... personality. You just don't see this at fast food anymore. She really made it a better day for me. I did not get my extrapickels on my sandwich, but her pleasantries made everything ok. Please keep her. Read more
Asked for dark mild and got dark spicy. Couldn't eat it due to the spice. A waste of $10 for a 2 piece.
Service would be better if the customers prepared and cooked their own food. The day popeyes gets real competition, is when... they finally shut down for good. Read more
I'm sorry we ordered a chicken and shrimp combo? We wanted sweet chili and blackened ranch sauce. Yes we did order strawberry... cream cheese. Yes we did order fries with that combo and didn't receive that either. My son really wanted to stop here glad wedid so he knows never to stop again. At least I can say Popeyes is consistent.
