My husband and I have been frequent customers to Sunset Smoothie for over 2 years since we moved here. We have loved their... healthy smoothies until recently. In the past couple of months the quality of customer service and smoothies has deteriorated.We go there every Saturday as a family after our workout and the smoothies have been watery and undrinkable. When myfather-in-law mentioned to blonde woman working this morning that they have not been as good as normal she got very short withhim and told him "you get what you get." Obviously that response is unacceptable. Considering that we pay for a product thinkingthey will be of the high quality as they were but receive a sub-par excuse of a smoothie we would at least expect some form ofdecent customer service. We have not been happy with this place for a while but have stuck it out hoping we just had a few badsmoothies which we are willing to forgive. But this weekend was our breaking point especially with the very rude employee myfather-in-law encountered. Read more

Friendly staff with great wrap options for breakfast and lunch, great selection of smoothies... broken down into cheat days, or healthy, very knowledgeable and accommodating! We use to love this place but it has gone downhill. I quit ordering from here for a while due to the inconsistency of the... smoothies. They never are made the same way. Tried again today. Was missing an entire breakfast wrap and both smoothies arehorrible. The taste is strange. I said it before but I will not be getting anything for here again. Read more
