I have been a few times to the Taco Bell in Prairieville recently because of the Mexican Pizza being brought back. I went in on... the first day, Sept 13th, because I was having trouble ordering thru the app. The manager on duty and other employees were verypatient and helpful. The other couple times I went, whether drive thru or carry out, my order comes out quick and hot and theemployees are very nice! I'll be back again and again! Read more
3rd time I've TRIED to get breakfast at this location, I waited at the intercom for about 10 minutes. No one tried to... acknowledge me waiting or tell me they weren't open yet. As I pulled off after 9am, a worker was just at the window countingmoney for their register. It says they open at 9am but I've tried to come here once a week for a month and they never answer me . This keeps happening to... me and all my friends . I just don't understand why people are getting paid if they aren't even doing their job correctly. There were 3 cars there this morning but noone even came on the intercom to tell me they didn't have food ready . This is veryupsetting since this is the only location near me . This is the third time I've tried to go in the morning after 9am to get breakfast. They never answer in the morning but they... open at 9am? This is a huge problem because this is not acceptable, they should atleast answer the speaker box to let thecustomer know they are still getting everything ready . Instead there were 4 cars in the parking lot and one person walkingaround and Noone could answer me before I had to hurry to work. This location is hit or miss with the orders being correct. I'd say 90% of the time they get it right. Usually everything is... right, but I will be missing 1 item. Customer service is ok. No one is ever rude or mean. The kiosk ordering has made the errorrate go down. It use to be worse. It's like most fast food places. I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. If I didn'tcheck my order before I left, and I'm missing something, I don't cry about it. Probably best I didn't eat it in the firstplace. I ordered 2 burritos and a hard taco. It doesn't even come with sour cream which I hate. They purposely put sour cream on a item... that doesn't even come with it! This happens way too often and I love taco bell. I wish I can give 0 stars. Oh and for those whosay go to the gonzales location they are 10 times worse. I can't deal with simple orders being messed up this bad. I don'tusually complain but taco bell has fallen nation wide over the past few years. Every location constantly has my order uneatable. Please check food before leaving. They get it wrong 1000% of the time. TB needs to restart from scratch bad. Read more
Been eating taco bell for about 30 years. This location, is consistently abysmal. This location had me waiting in the drive... through for over an hour, before I finally got tired of seeing how long it would take to get through the drive through. Didn'teven get to the speaker to order. That's never happened to me before. Orders that I have managed to get have been wrong,repeatedly. They don't take in person orders at the front counter anymore. You have to use the tablet ordering system. The folks in there... ignore the customers and have terrible service. Save yourself the headache. Good luck ordering if your blind. Smh Read more
