New ownership is lacking, it seems all too often the entire staff is a trainee. If It?s very busy they tend to not answer the... phone at all or they lift the reciever and drop it back down, extremely rude, making picking up dinner impossible. If you doget through you run the risk of beiing way too early, apparently it takes them sometimes an hour to an hour and a half to get anorder wrong. Read more
I like the food here my only issue is when you try to order on the phone. Sometimes you can get through no issues other times... it's pretty much impossible and alot of times I just end up eating somewhere else. Read more

Order was Xl pizza, lg pizza, breadsticks, and 3 sodas for almost $60. Crazy prices. Tasted great though, cans came out scalding... hot. Arcade was whack. Half of the machines took our kids money. The bathrooms were dirty, the lady walking around bussing andserving was super nice. Needs some work, but overall 3.4-4 stars. I blame California for their prices so, overall good ???? Read more
We got there about 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening in August. The parking lot is huge so we were able to park up close. They... were busy and said they could get our pizza orders out in 45 minutes. In the meantime drinks were on them. The usual PizzaFactory salad bar was not set up this time. Part of the air conditioning was out so we parked ourselves under a fan and visitedwhile we waited. The pizza arrived in about 40 minutes. It was delicious, although a little greasy, after all we had orderedpepperoni and ham. We've eaten here and had great experiences. This time it was our bad luck the AC was partially not workingon a warm day and that they were short-handed. The short staffing probably contributed to the lengthier serving time and the nosalad bar. The food was good, it was nice to be out of the heat, and to put our feet up. We'll be back. Read more

Prather Pizza Factory. Had a 45 minute wait with horrible service. Waited 7 minutes with the person in front of us ordering... several orders, then once that is done the to go order was taken before us, 3 phone orders then us. Not a very welcoming placefor some good pizza. Name taken for the order was wrong. For service that?s normally good it wasn?t today and for that 25 minutewait time turning into 45 minute wait might as well have driven down to Clovis and gone to Me N Ed?s. 2 stars for the pizza. Notsure if we came on the wrong day at the wrong time because everyone behind the counter sure seem to be enjoying their time notreally minding their customers. Restrooms were nasty to use and surprised this place hasn?t shut down for having the second doorlocked during business hours, dirty business that needs cleaning with also a fresh inviting look.
