First time opening the diner since Covid. Some things were based on trial and error while others were clearly last minute. They... were really pushing themselves to accomplish it. I gave them 4 stars for their professional and friendly staff. Everything wasnice and clean. I took 1 star because of the menu printout and they were out of a lot of items. They were polite about it andoffered alternatives and gave us a small discount since we were "the most polite and respectful customers" they've had sinceopening any part of the business since Covid. They were very polite and respectful. Happy to hear our thoughts and advice.Helped to make accommodations. Menu was a last minute thing as well as a trial thing. The printout from before covid and inblack/white but not in a usual way. Background was mainly black with tiny print. Some print was the white on black or black onwhite which I could handle. But the "highlight" print was dark grayish/black print on a darker black background. I could nothandle. They were happy to take our thoughts. Everything was clean and neat. Asked for paper plates as we were eating pizza at a hotel? was told only deliveries got paper plates. Pizza was good though... although cold since I had to stop at a store to get paper plates. Read more
There pizza is great but there people working for them is fantastic the young lady that settled us was wonderful she joked with... us and was such a fantastic waiter she makes it so you want to come back again. Typical pizza hut. The woman taking my order was polite and gelpful. Thing I do not like is I asked for crushed pepper packs. I... was informed they only have small pepper shakers for sale. That they do not offer packets anymore. . . . . .all other majorpizza places gives packets for free. Pizza hut now charges. Unfortunately that makes me feel like I need to go to papa John's orsimilar with my business because they still value customers. Giving pepper packs and not charging. We did carry out through the drive thru window. The lady who gave us the pizza was very nice, handed one pizza out at a time... (couldn't take more then two or they would have dropped), and she was very upbeat. 10/10 visit. Read more
I came in at 900pm Saturday and the staff was busy. My order was not done yet but the kitchen / pizza maker got to the order... and within 5 minutes everything was ready. Awesome customer service! Very attentive. The front sales person was courteous,patient, and friendly. I always like Pizza Hut pizza as it brings back memories of my college days when we used to go afterspecial school activities. Read more
