Fabulous service and coffee. A bit pricey, but what isn't these days?
Wouldn?t serve me because I?m on foot. I drive a semi for work and parked and walked over. They let me wait at the window for 5... minutes no vehicles in line either. So then I called them on the phone because no one was at the window. Instead of just tellingme they wouldn?t serve me they went to hide in the back. As usual the iced coffee was perfect. The service was outstanding. We ordered a breakfast burrito and waffle sandwich. One... bite we both were disgusted. Rubber. No flavor. Good coffee but not good food. Read more
As a frequent visitor of Scooter's, the service is ALWAYS amazing. Very friendly at the drive through and the window. The... employees take pride in what they do and it shows in the service they provide. The consistently provide service with a smile nomatter the weather or time of day. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Only gave a one star because you have to rate them and they don?t have a negative. Went thru drive thru ordered 1. Large Vanilla... ice chi coffee 2. Large Coffee cream and sugar Arrive at drive thru window they tell us it?s eight dollars and some odd changegave them ten told them to keep change. Kid hands us 1. Black Ice Coffee? We tell him that?s not ours he tells us he can?t takeit back? Well what do we want with it they need a trash can. The young man making the coffee attempted to make a second andhopefully the correct one as I watched him he started it and then added cold pitcher water, he realized he screw up yet again.He scratches his acne forehead and attempts to make a third ?LARGE VANILLA ICE CHI COFFEE? Finally they hand it to me we get onthe highway in road construction area my first sip of a drink I love and it was just Vanilla ice coffee. We are at the passinglane when I finally get them to answer the phone. I recognize the voice of the kid that made my coffee I told him my coffee waswrong he argued it was right I promise you it?s not I asked the name of who made the coffees dead silence and about 30 second ofhesitation he replied Winston. Pretty sure that was a fake name. The Pratt children running the store need adult supervision andtraining by those that run the store in Dodge. Love the. Mocha Blenders. they are Addicting so delicious wishing they would offer bagels and cream cheese Next time I'll try... what ever they offer with my blender.. Will post update The customer service is excellent here... Read more
Tried the new Pumpkin Carmelicious- blended, extra shot of espresso & 5 Splenda's!! Delicious!
