We just ordered burgers and fries. We live out of town so always eat our fries before we leave pratt. Ours were cold and... rubbery, we took them back and were given 2 more. Slightly warmer not real crisp, just slightly better than first 2 but notmuch. Read more
When you get the food fresh it's good. The drinks are usually always good. There are the occasional off days where you get cold... fries or slow service. Read more

They didn't give me the correct order and one burger had a bite in it! This is super disgusting and they should know better then... this especially when working in a big industry. Absolutely Disgusting and the word will be passed around. Read more
