The food is great, Reasonably priced, Relatively fast and the customer service is best in show in... prattville (doesn't mean they are perfect just means they beat out the rest of prattville fast food customer service). Everything taste just like Chick-fil-A should. I got a free brownie for my birthday since I signed up for the rewards. It was... delicious! The staff was very nice and helpful. The line was long but it moved fairly quick. Naturally I would eat there again. Read more
Today we ordered a chicken nugget 64 count tray for the football game. We have done this many times and it has ALWAYS been very... good. Today the nuggets were very salty. Not sure if y'all have changed something or not or maybe someone accidentally saltedtwice. We are some of them but it just got to bad. I was very dissapointed. Read more
Chick-fil-A is definitely one of my favorite restaurants but this experience almost changed that. The chicken was way over... cooked and it looks like the actual chicken sandwich was for a kids meal. The wait was forever and they still left stuff off myorder twice and it was just me eating!! Read more
This is a busy Chick-fil-a but we had a nice lunch break. Navigating the small parking lot was much easier with an employee... directing traffic. The womens bathroom only has two stalls and one sink so we waited in a surprisingly long line for a toilet.Our food was delivered to us at our table without much of a wait. Read more
Since the new one has opened we've stopped at this one 3 times. All three times we've experienced things we're not used to... dealing with Chick-fil-A. Food being cold, things getting missed, food being wrong, sauced missing, drinks being not whatwe ordered. I can't think of a time when I had a bad experience with this chain but I'm to the point of not gong back to thislocation. This place was always the cornerstone of what fast food should be from order to eat. Read more
