Food is good, Customer Service is nonexistent, Health Dept Score is 83. I?d recommend getting lunch/dinner elsewhere. Really not... worth the price. The whole strip seriously needs to be leveled & rebuilt.. Al the shops are in terrible condition. Read more
I really enjoy the food, but I am extremely disappointed in their delivery speed and how they treated the over 2+ hour delay in... getting my food delivered, which it actually never was delivered. Sorry guys, I can get a better steak at Longhorns for similarprices and in a timely manner. Read more
The food is always great. The service not so much. I have ordered carryout from them on 4 occasions and the wait is ridiculous.... I call ahead and people that come in off the street and order get their food before I do? That doesn't make any sense to me.This latest wait was close to 40 mins. Great tasting burger!!!! Went twice to confirm it was as good as it was the first time. They're legit. They don't have fries... they offer chips tea or lemonade with your meal. Read more
The food is always good, no complaints there. And, I?m willing to pay the price for a tasty steak. However, it seems the prices... go up every other week. That seems a little excessive to me. The menu is never updated, so it?s always a surprise when you orderand hear the total. We ordered the cheesecake, not for the first time, and were shocked. Thought we would share, but for almost$6, we got one bite each. Disappointed because this is one of our favorite restaurants for steaks and burgers. Read more
