This was the first time trying Cracker Barrel in Prattville. I bought the grill chicken BLT, loaded hash brown casserole tots,... cup of fresh fruit and peach tea. The food was all good. I made a group order over the phone and the employee made sure all theorders were correct and helped bring my orders to my car outside. Only down side was when I arrived to my destination, one of mygroup orders didn't have utensils in their bag with their food but I had an extra one in my car so we were able to avoid drivingback to the restaurant. This is the Prattville, Alabama store. I will start off saying, when I?m on business trips or traveling with our family we... always hit Cracker Barrel stores as they?ve always been a crowd pleaser for the whole family. The good-Our waitress Kaitlyn wassuper nice and super attentive. Now the bad, in the first photo you?ll see the used butter container left at our table, it washandy so we could contain the bug crawling across the table. If you want to use the restroom, keep going - theirs is filthy.Everything common to touch was dirty, the door windows didn?t look to have been cleaned in several days. When we put our namein the first girl (she was Caucasian) told me 30 minutes and was moved to the side and the African American with the straighthair wig said,?nope?? and selected 45 minutes. And folks who weren?t Caucasian that came in after us were seated first. Whenyou?re ask if you want chicken sausage?don?t - just don?t. I did contact the Cracker Barrel corporate line to tell them aboutthis store-the first time I?ve ever called a number like that, it just seemed to be necessary in the case because this storemakes them look really bad.
