Haven?t normally had any issues with this place but me and my husband ordered tonight and he got a over baked sandwich. About... half way through eating the sandwich he sets it down and there is very obvious mold on the bottom. He calls the store and whengets to speak to a manager she says? I?m the one who made your sandwich I didn?t see any mold on it? so he asked if he couldsend a picture. No. So he takes it up there and when he gets there he is just told ?it happens? all they wanted to do was remakeit or offer a free one for next time. The manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Sad part is The pizza here is one of the best available but between call customer service and them having no delivery drivers,... making the app virtually useless, you?re not left with very many options and that?s a shame because it?s good food, just notavailable food. I tried to order today via the app and the poor guy who answered said in a desperate voice: ?Sir, we simplydon?t have any delivery drivers?. I felt bad for the dude. Read more
Pizza was marked as done and boxed before arrival. When I entered the store to pick up my pizza I was informed by the only... worker in there that one of my pizzas was made incorrectly and it would be another 7 mins. I said ok and went to sit in my carfor several minutes. When I came back inside to pick up my order the second pizza was still not even started. When I questionedthe worker about it she said she couldn't control what the app was telling me and that she just put the second pizza in the ovenand it would be 7 more mins. After standing there for several minutes the lady came over so I could pay and I asked if my orderwas ready and she said no I just put it in the oven it's still cooking and it will be another 5 minutes. After paying for mypizza I sat down on the bench to wait for it to be done. When my pizza was done the worker brought it to me then made thecomment "your customer complaint has already been noted" and when I asked what she meant she nodded and pointed back to anotherworker which I'm guessing was a manager. I told her that's fine but I would still be submitting feedback online as well and sherolled her eyes at me. There was only one worker in the whole store at the time of arrival and two others came in after mysecond time coming into the store. Pizza was done super fast and was exactly what I wanted. The only complaint I had was on my garlic bread twist and cheese dip... there was so much butter in the box it leaked through to the box under it and made a mess in my car. But that dip and bread wassoooo good. I hope its a permanent addition to the menu!!! Read more
First of all , they forgot half my order at the store. The driver acted like he didn?t even want to go back and get it. As if... HIM forgetting my order was such an inconvenience to him. Then when he finally brought the rest of it , it was hard and cold. Iwaited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to a supervisor and no one ever picked up. I had no problems til the manager left to go to Atlanta highway store last Monday but it is horrible now! I ordered my usual... marble cookie brownies and 1st off the smart butt working said itll be awhile before I can take your order! Then 15 minuteslater a different person walked in and took my order! They said it would be 40 minutes!! I get home open the boxes to burntbrownies! I use to not have to check my brownies but now I do! So I send my daughter back to have them remade and behold shebrought home 2 more burnt brownies!! I mean rock hard! Ok so after my review I was called by a manager and I would say he wascourteous and apologized for the issue! He then asked me ty o come by and I was gave 2 cooked to perfection marble cookiebrownies and a large 2 topping pizza with a 2 liter coke so I promised to update this review and I would like to say thanks tothe store manager for taking the time to make things right! Makes me feel like customer satisfaction is still important tosome!! I still think the guy working that night needs a class on how to talk to customers and carry himself so for that I'llupgrade my review to 3.5 stars. This is the worst Domino's I have ever ordered from. First of all, the young man who answered the phone could not hear me. ... Then the girl who delivered the pizza came to the phone and took my order. I ordered a large Supreme, light sauce!! There wasextra!!!! I told her 3+4 times. Ordered cheese bread, no sauce for that! Asked about salads, ceaser, I asked if the dressinghad lemon in it, she said no. Of course it did! Called to speak to a manager, he didn't say anything, except. "The dressingdon't have lemon," When there is a picture if it on the package! These people don't care about their job or their customers? What a pity! Read more
