The food was delicious, & the drinks were even better!! Our waitress was very nice, but she seemed preoccupied. It wasn't very... busy, but it took entirely too long to receive drinks, food & to-go boxes. We were there for about 2 hours, & one of the sidedishes we asked about wasn't brought to us until we told her we no longer wanted it since we were finished eating & waiting forto-go boxes. She never brought the boxes & I ended up having to find another employee to get them for me. I'm sure we'll goback, but I will definitely ask for another server. Read more
8/7- we were a party of 7 dining at 2:45-3ish. We had the most amazing server and I hate that I didn't get her name. The food... was amazing. You better get that Surf n Turf because the Crab Cakes were delicious!! But back to the SERVER!! She was so sweet,attentive and just overall the BEST!!! Read more
Can you say nasty and slow? They must be short on cooks because they are using less than half the tables. The wait was 40... minutes to get in. The salad showed up 27 minutes after we ordered. They wiped the table down as we waited but failed to get thefood off of the seats. The rag must have been covered in syrup because everything stuck to the table- including our cups,napkins, and plates. The grime on the tops of the benches is gross. Imagine what the kitchen looks like if the dining room whereeveryone can see it is this nasty. Did I mention my burger was like charcoal? Great location. Close to our hotel. We were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and checked on us regularly. ... Everyone enjoyed their meals and we were served fresh HOT rolls. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. We would eathere again if we were staying at this exit. Read more
Party of 6, arrived at 4:20pm and we were told the wait is about 15~20 mins. We were finally seated around 6:00pm?1hr 40min... wait. Tried to order Coors draft beers, they were out of all draft beers. Not just Coors, all draft beers. So, we orderedbottles of Coors, but they ran out of that too. Waiter seemed tired and frustrated, gave us bit of attitude when trying toorder quickly (since we?ve been waiting so long and hungry). Something about we have to order by the seat numbers?. Silverwarewere dirty, we had to wipe them down with water and napkins. Table was sticky. At the end, the waiter even charged for kid?slemonade in the kids meal order. He said because the kids drank it from the ?big? cup, he charged additionally..?we didn?tspecifically order any big cup, just ordered lemonades with kid?s meal. The steaks we ordered were supposed to be Medium and the ones we got were rare(Dark Red inside) and the rolls were raw dough ... and stretchy. We had to cook the steaks and the rolls. Attached is a pic of the rolls, one was bit into when we noticed theywere not cooked at all. Read more
On this day it was a birthday dinner and I let the waitress know. Our smothered waffle fries appetizer were missing the... jalepenia peppers, my baby back ribs came cold, the sirloin and fries were good, the regular salads were good, and the lemonadetasted funny. Most other eateries acknowledge birthdays, but no cupcake or ice cream here. What we did eat tasted good. Let me start with the good things. 1. The child's plate was offered to my wife as she eats less. Great. The shrimp & fries were... just the right amount and good. 2. The 6 oz sirloin steak for me was just the right size. Maybe a bit too rare but that was myfault as I ordered it medium. It was quite tasty w/the rub/spices good balance. The mac & cheese I ended with was good. Now thenot so good. I asked for a salad. Boy did it look great . . . then I noticed a LONG black hair strand across the dressing. Isent it back.
