My husband and I came in Tuesday afternoon and ate an early dinner. We enjoyed everything about the visit. Service was great. I... came back today Wednesday for a quick lunch and sat with Tina. She was amazing, greated me quickly made sure i had everything ineeded and the chicken nachos came out very quick and was everything i expected. I will be back very soon. Great experience from start to finish. Got off work and needed a quick bite, party of 1. Was greeted nicely and seated quickly.... Not busy for 5pm on a workday. Placed my order and didn?t have much of a wait and got my food hot and fresh! Everything wasdelicious and Tina was great. $6.49 per "bowl" of potato soup. We ordered 8 rolls and the amount of butter we got was a joke. As you can see in the photos the... cups are small to start with but one was less than half full, the other two weren't 3/4 full. Coming in right at $50 for thisdelivered just frustrates me. We eat out a lot, and both my spouse and I come from the hospitality background. I'm saying that to say this, we know what to... expect in a dinning experience, and how to be understanding in off nights. This visit however I couldn't leave uncommented on.The server and host were nice, and that almost ends the kind words. The service was incredibly slow. and they were not busy atall. Maybe four other tables around us all in various stages of their meal. While the server did get our order correct for themost part, it came out incomplete, some items cold, some over cooked, drinks needing refills. One of the employees children wasleft unattended at a booth behind us loudly playing things on a tablet. We never saw a Manager, nor did we seem to see ourserver except when she came out of the kitchen to finally bring us something. First time here so I hesitate to leave a bad review. Not sure if it's always like this or not. We spent almost 90 minutes... here as it took that long from the time we were seated to the time we were done. Appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive andwas over an hour before we got our main course after ordering. Mashed potatoes were cold. Mac and cheese was like warm, Pasta was luke warm at best. Place wasn't very busy either. Raoul the waiter was great. Very apologetic. Did his best to makethings right. No issues at all with him. He replaced the cold mashed potatoes with hot ones, gave us a discount. Never heardfrom a manager. Other tables seemed to get their food quickly. Not sure what the issue was. Read more
