This was our first time visiting Outback in Prattville Al. The occasion was our son just turned 13 years old. We immediately... noticed the spacious parking spaces outside which is a + because no one wants to go eat out and get a full belly and coke backto find a scratch in their vehicle. The inside was welcoming and spacious & everyone we came in contact with was reallywelcoming and nice. Food was ordered , came to the table hot and fresh, just an overall A+ vibe. Best restaurant experience in a long time. Outback is always wonderful but this one was truly excellent. Our server was the best... we have had in a while. She completely understood I was dining with my family including a 3 yr old and went out of her way toinclude him. Didn't meet the cook but best food in forever. Read more
Friendly welcome, food was disappointing the house salad was drenched in dressing so it was difficult to taste the actual... salad. My ribeye was floating in juice, and 50% fat 50% meat ordered medium got well done the sweet potato was drowned in butterso unable to taste the soggy potato. Husband ordered the porterhouse as a treat, was just ok, same comments on the salad andsweet potatoes. Based on this visit we would not visit another Outback but we know this is way below par for the ones we havevisited. Read more
It had been a while since I've been the Outback and this time was no different. Needless to say, I will not be going back. The... server did a good job, but she was fighting a losing battle due to the kitchen staff. We had to wait quite a while for our maindish and when it did come out and I looked at it, I was not pleased. I ordered the "Bloomin' Cheeseburger", but there were no"blooms" as it was supposed to be topped with blooming onion petals. The bun was burned and the burger was cold. Going aroundthe table, you could tell that our meals were cooked one at a time by how cold or how overcooked each one was. One of our orderscalled for a 6 oz. Sirloin cooked "medium". It looked like an old shoe sole. If management didn't have enough people to servegood food then a kind warning would have been nice. I was not charged for my burger after the server did comment about myordering a burger at a steak house. I personally think I have had MUCH better burgers at Applebee's. Read more

This had to be the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time. I went here two days ago, on a Saturday night. It was... not busy. My server kept disappearing for 20 full minutes at a time! She took my drink and never brought it back. It was weirdbecause we saw all the other servers whizzing through continuously and taking great care of their tables. Our server seemednervous and lost when she only had like two tables. It took the food forever to come to the table and I had to ask for themanager two different times. The manager finally came and did comp my meal and appetizer. The manager stated that it was a"server error" that postponed our food getting to the table in a timely fashion. He stated that the server did not put our orderin when she was supposed to. The food was not hot. It was barely warm. My family and i were very disappointed with the level ofservice. :( Read more
