So I was the only customer at the time. I was overcharge which was not an issue they fixed that and I didn't even have to say... anything. Then I was given my food after time which was fine as long as the food was hot and fresh. I live maybe 6 min awayfries were mushy and they forgot my large side for one of the combos completely. And the tinder were the wrong style. The phonenumber to the restaurant is not being answered so this is why it's getting a Google review. Went to lunch here and most likely will never go back due to bad customer service. Tried to pay with a $50 bill and they... refused, which is illegal... you can refuse $100s, but not anything between $1 and $50. Their sign said they "refuse to takebills over $20 for SAFETY reasons". It costs maybe $10 to get a marker that can check for counterfeits... spend the money andstop being cheap Read more
Absolutely horrible display of management today. I came to the Popeyes for a meal and the drive through guy was very nice and... did his job well enough. I pull up to the line ahead and the manger comes out with the drive through employee not longafter. This woman was disciplining the poor employee over drive through times and not having a smile on his face. IN FRONT OFCUSTOMERS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE!!! She degraded this man's work ethic in front of customers for a solid 15+ minutes beforeANOTHER customer came to call her our on it. When the customer asked for her name so he could make a complaint, she refused togive it. That employee's name is Marcus. I shouldn't know his name, but I do because she was adamant on disciplining himoutside in front of everyone. It is one thing to discipline your employees for bad work, but give your employees respect anddon't speak to them like they are lesser than you. The woman was a heavyset woman with black hair (green tips) and glasses. Sheis by far the worst example of management i have seen in my life. This ONE Popeyes Chicken has some of the best sea food and service IN TOWN! Every time they've ever made a mistake they... corrected it sufficiently. One time, the girl handed me my Butterfly Shrimp and said "They're kinda small, we're making you someextra" I didn't even have to complain! They're awesome and so is their cooking. Read more
My husband & I ate there this past Saturday, May 21st. The food was good but very pricey. We asked the waiter how many crab... claws were in a serving & he said a pound. I bet there weren't 10 at the most. I don't like to complain in front of people. Weare from Montgomery, Al. & had never eaten there before. Waiter needs to get his serving size quantity straight. "Y'ALL READY FOR THIS?" Fast and friendly service. Server was kind and friendly. I was "hangery!" ???? and I couldn't even get... my order out of my mouth correctly but, she understood me and our order was correct! ?? Everything was hot, fresh, and servedwith a smile. This is the worst service and they can not remember anyone?s order they asked us to pull up and came and asked us twice what we... ordered and once if we were the online order witch they were beside us and were very mad next to use and should not of had towait for online orders at all it took them over 30 minutes to bring our food I think they forgot about us after 20 mins andstill got it wrong one worker was definitely high on pot that was clear but overall do not come here they do not rush at allsome are working hard others are walking around the lobby drinking a soda while busy if I could give 0 stars i would!
