Service is super slow and workers are super rude. If you don't like your job leave it. That's supposed to be a teenagers job... anyway ???? also I ordered a number 3 with NO MAYO and this picture is what I get? What even is this? These folks are about tomake me get the department of sanitation and everybody else out here at this Prattville location. My family won't be spendinganother dime at Sonic. Utterly the worst ran establishment ever. not even worth me describing how many times the employees have just sat on their... phones ignoring everybody at the booths waiting until people leave. They all deserve to be fired Read more
management is extremely rude. slamming doors and basically shoving customers orders at them, when the food came out 30 minutes... after it was supposed to. they didn't use gloves and seemed very unsanitary from what i could see from the kitchen. Read more
Sonic is best known for its ice cream; however, when we attempted to order ice cream, we were told they had no base mixed up and... couldn't accommodate our order. The staff, albeit young kids, aren't very customer service savy. Read more
Woe! What a great sonic. Betty took my order-super bubbly and happy to "be having a great day at sonic". Then she even brought... it out to me. She already had all possible condiments with her and asked if I needed any thing specific. Go girl! You've got agreat employee who needs some recognizing. Read more
This will be the last review and last time I deal with this business. Screen says order is on the way all the time and food... doesn't come out for another 30 mins or so. Drinks are gross and food is never correct. Sonic used to be the spot. But 2022 itis not a fast food establishment, should be somewhere you go inside and eat. Decent Sonics here. Wait time was a little slow at about 20 minutes for fast food. We were kinda wishing we had just went... somewhere else by the time the food finally got there. They forgot to give us marinara sauce for the cheese sticks and had tomake another special trip for ketchup. This sonic is literally so slow it?s frustrating. Every time I?ve gone we?ve had to wait anywhere from 25-35 mins just to order... and then another 30 mins to get a few items. Just went to get food with my family since it was the closest ?fast? food place towhere we were at the time and we decided to eat outside and we waited 10 minutes before giving up like some of the other peoplewho drove in and still hadn?t gotten their orders taken. While waiting only one single person got their order within that 10mins and instead of taking orders the staff were inside showing each other stuff on their phones and laughing and what appearedto be dancing?? If they were dancing it was very bad. Looked at us from inside numerous times the least they could do is comeout and give us an estimate time of how long it will take and apologize for the wait instead of completely disregarding us. Weleft and decided to go to the sonic on the other side of town and we were there for less than 10 minutes and ordered immediatelywhen we pulled up and got our order so fast despite the other cars. So if you have the choice between the prattville andmillbrook Sonic always choose the millbrook one they?re always so nice and make sure to show that they at least acknowledgewe?re there. Read more
