I am sitting in the store now. It's a nice store and I LOVE that it is dedicated to our wonderful military. It has great... potential if they just work on training. They seem to be working all the mobile orders first which is improper training. I usedto work at Starbucks so I know. They should be working the in-person orders at the same time, placing orders in line and makingthem in the order received. To prioritize one type of customer over another is very poor customer service. They could alsobenefit from learning how to double bar and when needed have a third as a dedicated cold drink station. And of course yourdedicated food person. You seem to have a good staff, they just need that coaching to improve their game and understand how todelegate the staff when orders are backing up. A routine 20-30 minute wait for orders, what I have witnessed sitting heretoday, is ridiculous unless the line is steadily to the door. There has been essentially no line with people and small groups offamily or friends arriving pretty much one at a time. Please re-train this staff so the store can flourish and have truly happycustomers all around with positive experiences coming here. Learning how to successfully provide cheerful customer service,quality beverages and knock out those orders will give the staff an added sense of pride too. Read more

One of the worst run Starbucks I've been to. Never in my life have I had to wait 20 minutes for a frappucino! The Manager left... while the store was in complete chaos. After 20 minutes,it was announced they were out of whip,so we got refunds and left. Read more

We waited at the register for almost 10 minutes and no one asked to help us our take our order. Several others came in and... placed their order in front of us. We literally had to ask if someone was available to take our order and the baristas responsewas ?oh, well the line starts at this register?. It?s like we were invisible. I waited 30 mins for two grandes only to check on the order and ticket was never printed. I asked if they could make the order... and she said after the 30 mobile orders are Completed that came in after min3. Never in my life have I had such poor customerservice at a barista shop. I own a small coffee shop back home and I would never allow my baristas to ignore a mistake that wemade and shrug it off line it was no big deal. Read more

Normally not a reviewer, but this store was really backed up today. When we came in there were probably 20 people waiting on... drinks. We took our chance (which was our mistake), ordered our drinks and waited. There were about 5 people behind the counterworking. We must have waited 30 min for our order, along with the other 20 folks standing around getting frustrated. Finallygot my order and it was the wrong size. Sadly, it wasn't worth the effort to go back and ask for the right size. SorryStarbucks...this store needs help. Read more

This location of Starbucks is about 3/4 of a mile off the highway. Really easy to get to when passing thru the area. Very clean... and very friendly staff. They were slow when it came to making my drinks and the order was wrong. But it tasted good sooo Read more

Every visit at this location is a joy. I have come to this location religiously since the summer of 2015 and even though they do... get overwhelmed, the mutual appreciation given between us is tangible. If you come on a busy day or a busy time, understand thatit might take a while to get served, but also understand that every barista pours their heart and soul into every tiem theymake. There may be 100 customers, but there's only 5 workers. A little decency goes for miles. About twice a year I've waitedfor over an hour for my order, but it wasn't bad. I just cracked a book open or wrote a passage or two to make the time useful.You can easily get some fresh air or take a small walk, or have a photo op while waiting. Just tell them where you're going tobe and they'll understand. My 2588 crew is awesome!!! Read more

First Starbucks that supports the military!!!!! So unheard of now. Store was clean and orderly. Unfortunately, while wearing... masks they don?t even look at you while talking to you and placing the order. They don?t acknowledge you when you enter. I thinkthe employees need to brush up on their manners a bit. It turned me off standing their I just walked out without my coffee. It?snot about the money it?s the PRINCIPLE. Read more
