The staff is super friendly and pizza was the best I have had from a Pizza Hut.
Being that we live in a small town there aren?t many options. This order was one of my worse. First my pizza order was wrong and... when I called about it they were out of personal pans and due to the holidays I understood. Then after finishing my pizza Inotice my cheese sticks were very hard were I could barely eat them. Have pizza ready at the time specified. On recent call in order, after waiting the specified "be ready" time, I arrived, looked... up on board and saw that my pizza was ready. Clerk told me it was not ready and that it would be at least 20 more minutes! Needless to say, I was not happy. After returning 20 minutes later, I asked why the board showed that my pizza was ready on myfirst trip, the clerk told me that the names go on the board showing "ready" when the order is called in. Pizza Hut in Prentiss is TERRIBLE. I?ve been to this location twice in the last year or two. Both times were because they ?offer... curbside pick up? and both times have been a negative experience. Tonight, I ordered online and pulled up to the restaurant atthe time my order was supposed to be ready (20 minutes after ordering). I clicked the ?I?m here? button in the email asinstructed for curbside and called the restaurant to let them know that I was there. A woman answered the phone and said thatthey were busy and would not be able to provide the curbside service. I explained to her that I was not able to come inside toget the pizza because I had two small children in the car with me and I was alone. After hearing this, the woman said that theywould bring the order out shortly. I waited patiently for 20 minutes (I couldn?t see they were busy), the lobby cleared out,but still no one brought my order. I called again to see if the order was ready. I was told that it wasn?t and then placed onhold. Another woman came to the phone with an attitude saying ?This is the manager. What seems to be the problem?!?? I?mconfused at this point because I had not made a complaint or had an attitude. I explained that I was just trying to find outwhat was happening with my order. She proceeds to fuss at me like I?m a toddler and repeated that if they were busy, theycouldn?t do curbside and I would need to come inside. I informed her that a young lady was at my window with my order. Shepaused a minute and then said ?Oh. Well I guess we?ve slowed down then.? The problem with this location seems like it?s alwaysbeen the managers. Oh yea, and they didn?t give me a sauce I paid for. I was so patient and understanding tonight and this iswhat I got in return. It?s okay though. Because I won?t ever go back and I?m sure they won?t miss me. I just hope they don?ttreat everyone like this. And thank the Lord He?s still working on me cuz????? Read more
Pizza Hut is the only place I can get a pizza exactly the way I want it and quickly. They also have very consistent quality and... I know I will get what I want every time I order. They also have a point system which allows you to get free food. Read more
Tonight we went in and picked up a pizza poor fella behind the counter had his hands full. He was working his behind off with... looked like no help. This guy needs a raise although he was doing it by himself he still handled it with professionalism and wasvery kind. This makes it 10 times better of a experience when you have some one who's not only under alot of pressure but washandling it all with dignity and grace. My food was over cooked and the cheese sticks tasted like a stick of burnt garlic. Yuck! I threw it in the garbage.
