Ordered in drive thru paid 1st window pulled to 2nd window waited 10 minutes nobody came to window pulled around to go in to get... it and there was a curbside for orders not done yet . Lady brought out food very unpleasant acted like she hated her job. Andshe was management. Mcrib was worst sandwich I have ever tasted. This location is such a disappointment. Most of the time the fries are limp and old and you'll be lucky if you get your sauce. I... would say we actually get the sauce two out of 5 times. I understand the occasional mistake, but it happens so often now it's ajoke. I respect fast food workers. I know the job isn't easy. But when you eat your nuggets do you want sauce? I will tell the workers multiple times what I want and will purposely try to alter the meal to charge me more. The last time I... will go there, today I asked for a simple order that usually costs less than $3. I told the drive thru operator they got itwrong because the price said $9 with added ingredients and they changed it to $4. Was door dashing last night and At McDonald?s picking up an order it was extremely busy the gentleman upfront (do not know his... name so I apologize) was working extremely hard trying to get the orders out and take orders too but was backed up but watchedhim trying so hard to do everything! Came back next morning anna and Adriana (I hope I spelled the names right I?m so sorry ifnot) were very helpful kind and they worked extremely fast and the place was very busy but everyone there were working very hardand on point getting orders in and out! I just wanted to give them all a good review because they were both extremely awesomeand I absolutely appreciate them making my kids mornings especially since it?s been such a hard year for us all!!!! We want to say thank you sooooo much! Two the two gentlemen that worked the overnight shift on 8/26! We can not remember their... names. The McDonalds on Ellsworth and Apache Trail had a Gas Leak. We had already paid and had been waiting for our food, forabout 30 minutes, when we were told to come back at a later time, due to the gas leak. Two hours later, we called and we weretold that they would be up and running in 15 to 20 minutes, we then drove back and the drive through was closed, we called againbeing right outside the building, and our call got ignored. We understand that they had a gas leak and it is something veryserious and important, but at least we felt that they could of answered to let us know that we should come back the next morningor that they needed more time because it was something that wasn't going to be fixed at a fast pace. In the other hand the twogentlemen that work at this McDonalds(Signal Butte & 60) we're absolutely incredible their customer service was on point ????they helped us with our issue and they honored our order by making our food that we had originally ordered on Ellsworth andApache Trail. They went above and beyond for us, and we are truly appreciative of them for honoring our order. We are bummedthat we can not remember the name, of one of them that really knocked it out of the park. He updated our drinks, dropped in somefresh pies and added a few cookies to our order. If we were to be able to give more then five stars we would absolutely do it.This will from now on be our go to McDonald's. Again please take notice that the service they provided really showed that theycare for their customers. Please please ask around your employees so you can know who this was, they honestly deserve a raise ora form of appreciation. We value and appreciate your hard work. Thank you guys so much!!! Rude, Lazy staff. They hide from the front register like it has the plague, practically forcing you to use the Kiosk. The kiosk... doesn't print a receipt, instead says to have a seat and someone will bring your order to the table. Instead, they just call outthe order number, which is useless when the kiosk doesn't provide a receipt. When informed that the kiosk doesn't give areceipt, how am I to know my order number, she shrugged and walked away. Read more
