Pizza hut in general is doing away with dining rooms. The pizza hut at Prescott and Arkadelphia has closed their dining room.... There is no place in either town to sit down and eat pizza. We walked in and seated ourselves as the sign said. The employees looked at us several times but we were never greeted or... served. I finally went to the counter to order food and it took 2-3 people to place the order. We waited about thirty minutesfor our order and I went to the counter to inquire how much longer. It was ready and packed up to go. I told them again that wewere eating in and asked for plates and silverware. We didn't get napkins and I had to grab paper towels from the nastyrestrooms. We were never checked on or anything. The drive through and delivery service were getting served the whole time wewere there, but I don't know that I'd want to eat here again after seeing the restrooms! Read more
Prescott Pizza Hut is the best always fresh and hot. I had a bad experience with Pizza Hut in Hope, AR couple of years ago swore... I would never spend a dime with Pizza Hut again. A friend of mine recently had a bad pizza from Hope and they would not make itright she posted about it and Prescott made it right is the only reason I ordered again. I was a loyal customer of Hope pizzahut for years every Friday, when I called they knew what I was ordering. Read more
