Usually i love carbones, but this location is kind of trash. I also don?t typically write reviews unless i?ve had a great... experience. but this experience has been just plain bad. Ordered for the first time last week, was missing green peppers on mypizza. Not a big deal, first time, maybe they were busy. Well today, I ordered a pizza and a Caesar salad with chicken. takes 45minutes to get here, and i open everything and my salad is missing the DRESSING and CHICKEN???? and my pizza is missing thesauerkraut. Called them to tell them about it, and they told me ?Uh can you send pictures of it?? ????? i mean i guess?? so idid that, and didn?t even get a response. does no one check before they deliver? i?m just baffled that there was no dressing orchicken. And no compensation because i paid extra for all this stuff. extremely disappointed. Read more
The host was.a.lady.and.she was really rude i just wanted a large.5 topping pizza and how hard is that to order accordimg to her... theres a system and instead of making this easy its a real hassle and ruined my mood for wanting to eat here after i read suchgreat reviews ita just some people i guess Read more
Awesome food and staff. Best pizza I have ever had!
2nd time I have eaten from this Carbone's. We had a variety of 27 pizza's brought in along with 2 trays full of salads for a... work event. I had a little bit of everything, and it was all delicious. Everyone else had nothing but good things to say aswell. Plus everything was hand delivered from the managers, along with enough plates and silverware for everyone. GreatManagement, Service and Food! This is the first time my family and I have visited since the new owners took over, and I am so happy that we chose to eat in... the restaurant! The service was great, the food was amazing, and the kids had so much fun playing the duck claw machine (parentsbring a dollar--the okay til you win claw was a hot for my toddler's). It tasted good! But really cheap on the cheese and dough. Really nothing to the pizza! Not many ingredients. You get more bang... for your buck at little Caesars! Probably the last time I order from Carbone's in Prescott! New owner or not.... Read more
We went here for a birthday party. The food was great, the waitress was really friendly, and she even brought us paper plates... for the cake we brought before we even asked. I will definitely be going back, especially since the Carbones in my hometown ofRiver Falls is a joke. Read more
Josh is the best! great service and good food when Josh is working. He even took the time to tell us the Hoggie toaster was... not working. Other employees just send it untoasted without telling us. I am very happy that this restaurant changed ownersand made the pizza and Hoggie better or even just edible is 100% better than what they had prior. I only wish it was moreconsistent in service and product. Prescott does not have enough restaurants to choose from so anytime a restaurant steps up andmakes it better than before, we are more willing to support them. Read more
