We walked in around 6:15 and were sat. Our waiter did not once stop at our table. He declared to the section a few times that he... was busy and would be back and then never did come back. At 7:05 I asked the host if we could pay for the drinks that the hosthad gotten us since we still hadn't ordered and he said he would get the waiter. Host came back to the table to tell us that thewaiter was dealing with things in the back for the last 45 minutes and just doesn't have time to come out. He then told me hedidn't think there was anything he could do for me until he was done. I asked another waiter if I could pay for the drinks whoalso didn't return. The 3rd person I asked finally just told me not to worry about it and we left. 3 other tables in the sectionleft too. I would have been totally understanding if he had just come back like he said he would. Please hire more help so thesewaiters don't get so overwhelmed. Read more
Food is usually decent but service is hit or miss. My biggest issue is with the time it takes. Even if you sit at the bar and... order promptly, be prepared to forget what you ordered when you finally get your food nearly an hour later. Even take out Iwaited 25 minutes longer than the quoted pickup time. If you order to go, be prepared to pay the extra ?service fee? even if youpick up your own food for take-out. ???????????? Showed up about 2 hours before closing. Got seated right away and got our drink orders taken right away by our amazing server... Brittani. Her service was amazing, efficient, and welcoming. She always checked up on us and made sure everything wasgood. Even the gentleman who brought out our wing order was courteous and asked if we needed anything else. These twoemployees along with the amazing wings gets a 5 star in my book. Good job guys. We will be back. Read more
Great hangout for some sports and wings. Good variety and comfortable seating. Quick service and friendly staff. Small arcade... games for any little ones you being. Lots of on tap options which isn't common at a chain restaurant. Screens are all over soyou don't need to strain your neck watching. Whether by yourself or on a hookup. Great site to visit. Read more
Maybe not there fault, but the portions seemed smaller and the food seemed more expensive. I would say it is the cleanest BWW... that I've ever been to. By the time I got my food, my three sons were done eating. Read more
came to visit last night. we waited 20 minutes for our server to greet us, the hostess took our drinks and reassured us 5 times... that our server should be with us soon, as the the server (michelle i think) was just standing by the computer for the wholetime. we ordered fried pickles for an appetizer, 45 minutes went by and then 2 out of 3 of our entrees came (i had orderedchicken strips and when they came out my sauce had a film over the top from sitting back there for so long) and they seemed tobe very confused when we asked about our appetizer. we had to retell them what the other entree was supposed to be. we got ourappetizer which was fried pickles only to be given literally 10 undercooked pickles, we spent $1 each on fried pickles!!! lasttime we ordered them we received SO many. then it took about 30 more minutes to get my husbands burger, they asked us what hisorder was supposed to be again during that time. he finally got his burger after 40 minutes. we also were given almost no frieswith our entrees. we got to the restaurant at 7:20 and left a little past 9, we spent about 10 minutes eating. Came to pick up our take out order and mentioned to hostess that items were missing then realized they had given us a completely... wrong order and one of the orders had not even been tossed in wing sauce. Once we let her know all she told us is that it wouldbe a 10 minute wait then left. When we got the correct order we later inspected to see it hadn?t really been tossed again aswell as hair in one of the orders. The ?corrected? order was just as dry as the first. Read more
Myself, my husband and my mom were seated at about 6:15PM on Thursday 10/6. Our drink and appetizer orders were taken relatively... quickly, but it probably took about 20-30min to get the drinks, no appetizer. When our meal orders were finally taken, it hadprobably been about 30 minutes and in that time we saw multiple people leave because they had not gotten their orders. I thinkit was over an hour by the time we finally got our food, and while it was not awful, it wasn?t great. The fries and wedges werecold, I was unsure if my chicken tenders were even fully cooked, and we had absolutely no napkins. When we finally got our food,the couple next to us (who had been there longer) STILL had not gotten their food, and they had two small children who weregetting fussy. They left very unhappy (understandably). We never got napkins, which was probably the least of our worries. Tonsof people left very unhappy. Obviously it is not staff?s fault that they don?t have enough people, but they should have long agoquit seating people if they didn?t have enough servers or cooks. Most of the servers seemed pretty incompetent, also. I wouldnot recommend going back until that place gets a serious overhaul.
