We wanted Chinese for a change and there aren't many choices in the area. The food was pretty good but spendy. We ordered 3 meal... because there wasn't all the things we wanted on the menu that we could get separately. We ordered 2 orange chicken and 1 sweetand sour combo when I got home we had 2 combos and 1 orange chicken, disappointed because we live 30miles away and we weren'tgoing to go back. 58 dollars and don't get the correct order. I used to eat here all the time. The food is good and usually the service is as well. I'm passing through town and thought Id... treat myself for old times sake. Put my order in and went outside to wait...I was the only one outside so I relaxed on the benchto wait for my order... A few minutes later a staff member came storming out of the store waving his hands at me and agressivlytelling me I have to go. No reason, he didn't ask if I was waiting for something... Fast service, actually pretty good food! Lemon chicken was lightly breaded, moist and best of all, it was all white meat. Not... that weird processed stuff in other restaurants. Chow Mein was a little sweet for my taste, but again, all white meat chicken.House fried rice is just yummy! Read more
The food was really good, taste more authentic and less processed than a place like Panda Express. My only complaint is that... they serve you without asking. I don?t like ice in my water and my husband doesn?t like egg drop soup, but as soon as you sitdown they serve it and We don?t like to waste food. Other than that it is very good. Read more
I thought it was pretty good, but to be honest, I'm not an expert at authentic versus not. I really liked the orange chicken,... but my husband said it wasn't actually what it should have been. I'd describe myself as picky when it comes to this kind offood, but at the end of the day, I'm just looking for taste. My favorite was the walnut shrimp. The walnuts were perfectlyglazed and the sauce wasn't overly sweet. I maybe would have had them overcook the shrimp just a bit because the tempura almostseemed slightly undercooked. The fried rice wasn't bad, but there was nothing in it. No vegetables and no egg. It didn't tastebad, but it wasn't all that great either. Our waitress asked to refill our drinks once, but by then we were finished eating.Overall, I'd eat there again, but there are a couple of areas for improvement. Read more
I've been eating here for about 10yrs. But today I'm shocked to not have gotten the usual quality of food. Everything tasted... like days old left overs. Nothing worse then splurging to eat out spending $80 for everything to taste reheated. I hope this istemporary but already I know it will be quite some time before I find out. Read more
