The food was okay but it depends on what you order. I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly to order. My sister ordered... chicken and dumplings and it looked like it had been made hours earlier. The presentation of the food on her plate looked likethere was zero effort to make it look appetizing. My other sister ordered a BLT sandwich and it was difficult for her to eat theway it was prepared on her plate. The rest of my family had no complaints. Our waitress was awesome and went above and beyond tomake sure our drinks were refilled quickly. In summary I would recommend ordering something that's made to order such as thesteak. That's the only item on the menu that I think is worth trying. Other than that it is hit or miss with the food. Read more

We loved this place it was our go to comfort eat out spot as a family..... UNTIL...... this day. Our food tasted as if it sat in... a warmer ALL DAY. Service was horrible. She attempted to charged me for a family size side and still gave me the bill not payingattention to what the bill actually looked like. (I've served MANY of years in the food industry, you always want to make sureyour customers bill is correct before print out and delivery.) And we weren't the only table who had complaints about thehorrible food that day. Couldn't even call it mediocre. Will not go back and I recommend trying somewhere else or a differenttime of day. My family has been going to cracker barrel for decades, it's been a place of memories for us & good quality food & service.... We've been to several different locations over the years and never have we experienced such horrible food quality and disrespectfrom the manager. The cornbread was hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes were horribly dry. This was not my first timeexperiencing this at this location so I decided to try speaking to the manager. His exact words when I brought this to hisattention were "Oh yeah the food is horrible here, it's basically just leftovers at this point & you shouldn't expect it to beanything better. I never ate at a cracker barrel before working here and I never will. I will never stand behind the food butI'll stand behind our service!" By saying all of that HE IS NOT creating good service! We were so appalled and so was one of theservers who overheard him & she apologized to us. I expressed a few times that this has never been our experience at crackerbarrel. We have always had both good quality food and service & in my opinion when you pay for food at any establishment, youshould always be able to expect it fresh. Not old or stale or "leftovers". This manager is clearly the problem with thislocation. He was extremely condescending in his attitude and said all he can say is "sorry" with a shoulder shrug like "too bad.The food just sucks" and he repeated several times that he would never stand behind the food. And as I tried to calmly bring tohis attention this is not what we've ever experienced, he began covering his tracks and saying their cooks just suck and they'reall on drugs. Yep his exact words. Great food and service. The pancakes and pancake syrup tasted phenomenal. The scrambled eggs were average. The bacon tasted... good was a good size and thickness but undercooked. Portions of all items are much smaller than they used to be. In fact, theham in my sampler was a single 1/4" thick bite about the same diameter as my spoon. The hash brown casserole would have beenperfect if it was warmer and not dried out as of it had been sitting under a warmer for a long time. Read more

Always amazing! The fried chicken was a little dry today but don't let that drive you away! Cracker barrel is always delicious... and never leaves you disappointed! The broccoli was steamed to perfection and the baked potatoes were on point! I woulddefinitely return and recommend to everyone looking for a delicious meal. Read more

A very warm welcome from a lovely Host! Very kind, friendly, accommodating. Host deserves 5 stars! I gave 3 stars only bc of... Host! Server was friendly, but never came back to check on me. Food- mediocre at best! Exception: The homemade lemonade is thebest! I had the Gradmas Sampler with bacon only, usually comes with bacon, sausage, and ham, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and your choiceof hasbrown casserole or fried apples-Wow! Eggs were overcooked and whites were like plastic (see photo)???? and cold within 30seconds of being served. Couldn't eat most of eggs. Pancakes aren't cooked on bottom and cold???? Hashbrown Casserole was okay,but tasted of chemical? Bacon was decent. Idk it's been years since dining in a CB, but I think I prefer the smaller localplaces for breakfast.
