I ordered 3 pizzas a 2 liter and brownies. The delivery driver texed that my order was left per my contactless delivery... instructions. Went outside to bring in my order immediatly and it was not there. Spent over an hour trying to contact the storeand no answer. Had to make a claim online to try and get a refund (if dominos will give me one) with tip my bill was $80. Theonly people that would answer me was the call service to place orders but no one, not even the supervisor could help. I wont beordering from them again. Read more
This locations phone number is now connected to a 3rd party phone number that has no idea how to take orders and no idea what... coupons are. It took me 10 minutes for the first lady to take my address and then she tried to transfer me the the store phonenumber I thoughtbi was talking to. The transfer just hung up on me. I called back and got a slightly more competent person thatgot to my order even but didn't know how to use coupons at all and tried to charge me 32 dollar for an order that was 25ishonline don't use third party phone answering domino's cuz I'm not ever calling back again Read more
Not a local "prescottonian" so not familiar with the Area.... arrived less then 5 min after they "closed " they are required to... accept orders until close btw.. and was greeted with ludicrous hostility about their closing time. Unacceptable in my opinionand I think the young "gentleman: accepting the calls should face disciplinary action. Almost $40 for an improperly made, cold,inadequate pizza on top of poor customer service makes me want to ensure no one else uses this location again. Ordered online, pizza was ready for pickup very quickly. Asked for light cheese and extra sauce one one pizza and received just... that! Both pizzas tasted great. The bread twists were a bit lacking in flavor but still edible with the marinara. Read more
I have had many mishaps here at this location being a regular customer. In the last 3 years, about half of my orders are exactly... what I want. Hot, fresh and delicious... The other half...? I get some seriously bad quality pizza from the employees of thisstore, who will box up the mistakes and deliver them out to their customers. It is almost as if it isnt their job to check ormaintain quality food service for your customers. I've added photos of the same order of a BBQ Beef and Bacon pie to this postshowing what I mean. One of them is made right. The other was made without half of its toppings, BBQ sauce, or cheese. If youare not going to hold them accountable, get those employees some better training would ya? We picked up pizza for the Superbowl game today. We ordered online and picked up the pizza 30 minutes later. Domino's has a... coupon for $5.99 mix and match deal that we took advantage of. The restaurant employees were friendly and helpful. We reallyenjoyed the pizza too! Read more
Very satisfied with this location. The store was in a convenient easy to find location, plenty of parking. I ordered carry out... on a weekend night and the wait time was less than 15 minutes. I love Domino's I love their wings we usually order them by 32 pieces my favorite of the hot buffalo my mom likes the honey... barbecue the staff there is so friendly and calm the management is amazing I have seen them very busy and they always keep theircool and you feel like home they feel like they're really good friends we've really gotten to know some of them and it is anamazing experience we also love their bread twists and pizza and I have not yet tried the pasta dishes but I have heard thoseare amazing too recommended for anybody.
