My mom and I went in for breakfast. The food was good and the service was good. The restaurant is not clean. It's a 24 hour. The... entry not clean. The windows at the entry are dirty, and have been for days. The floors look very dirty. I thought IHOP, wasbetter than this. Read more
We waited for 45 minutes to get seated. Once seated we waited another 10 minutes to get coffee and water. The waiter eventually... took our order. We then waited 1 hour to find out them kitchen lost our order. Another waitress told us the waffle maker wasbroken. Instead if telling us this and giving us the option of changing our order, we sat an additional 15 minutes. So all inall, we were there for 2 hours without food. We then got up an left. Trued to give the good waitress at tip, but she refused. Itwas very depressing. I was very hungry at this point, so we drove to Prescott to eat lunch at Goodwin Street Liquor and Deli.Got prompt service. We were eating within 15 minutes. We will never go back toe Prescott Valley IHOP. Read more

Service was horrible. After waiting way too long for our food we asked our server and she started giving us a bad attitude and... saying that she already asked someone about the progress of our food. After we finally got our food, no one followed up to seeif we wanted refills on our drinks or brought our previously requested condiments. Even our check was thrown on our table withno communication asking if we need or want anything else. I have never left a negative review before, and I like that they havesome gluten-free options, but this IHOP location sucks. Such a poor experience for mediocre food. Read more
The food is good but the Chocolate Milks we ordered tasted a bit sour and could have added more chocolate to them, & for deserts... we were told it was in the oven but we never received them so we got it removed from our order & as we were playing for our foodthe waitress gave us a rude look. I would recommend to go there in the morning hours instead of evenings/night.Morning/afternoon hours has the best service in my opinion. Read more

Went for dinner, the restaurant was slower. Got seated right away. Staffing was multiple trainees, so service was a little... slower than usual. Calista was managing the staff like a pro trying to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Overalla good experience, good food as always. Read more
