I've been going to this sonic my whole life and it has always been good, up until this past year and this was the final straw... for me. I ordered online, sat for 20-30 min in my car even though it wasn't busy and I ordered it for ASAP. When we finally gotour food it was cold and our milkshakes were completely melted. There were only 2 other cars there this whole time, and wheneverwe pulled out to leave the entire crew was outside taking a smoke break that did not smell like vape or cigarette smoke if youknow what I mean. I don't know what happened to this place, it used to be so good and now they are trash with cold food andtheir tots and fries taste like the haven't changed the oil in the friers in a long time. Horrific customer service! We just ordered a couple of items and then watched several people show up after us and get their... orders before us. We waited 20-30 minutes and then asked them about it and they said they were short staffed and in the middleof a shift change. Doesn't explain why they have other people their orders first. They didn't even offer to check and see whereour order was. Never there again, and I'm going to tell everyone else not to go there either. Worst sonic ever! Read more

Placed an order online during what their website said was open hours. The order was processed and my account debited. Arrived... shortly after placing my order and the business was clearly closed. Managed to catch two employees through the drive-thruwindow. They acknowledged that they received the order but said they were closed. Currently dealing with my bank to get arefund. Read more

Get your stuff together. 25 minute drive through wait and all workers walk out to smoke and make out while I'm still waiting... with a grumpy toddler in the car. I finally honked because I lost my patience and the guy who gave me my food was so high he wasbelligerent. I asked for a refund and I had to explain a voided receipt is in fact not the same as a refund. Get it togetherbecause these kids are actively killing your business. Read more

We waited in line for about 20 minutes, then when we came to the window, we didn't get our second order cause they said they ran... out of chicken. The girl that took our order was rude and when we left we checked out the food, it was completely burnt chickenand old hard tater tots even though we asked for fries. I recommend not coming to this sonic. Read more

I have to go with a 3, simply because the gentleman that was my carhop tonight was very nice and patient. I got off late, and... tried to pick up a quick meal for the family. My card didn't run through, and yes I check my account to be sure nothing waswrong. The gentleman tried to get my card to work, but had to get the manager. It's a bummer that it took 30 minutes there, andjust as I'm about to cancel the order and go somewhere else, they comp the ticket. I appreciate it, but by the time the ordealwas over, my kids and I are hungry and tired, and our food cold and soggy. I'll say again, the carhop was great, and the managerwas friendly. It just wasn't the best experience. Read more

tots are old and hard as a rock, and don?t expect any chili or cheese even if you order it. my medium ?chili cheese? tot is... basically a small as well. Read more
