Where do I start? I came through the drive through the other day and Sumer I believe her name was (short black hair) helped me.... Very bubbly young girl and when I told her my drink was made incorrectly (my fault I forgot to ask for Vanilla) she assured me Iwas not being a hassle and quickly had it re-made. The workers were so polite! I asked for one drink ( the IT frap ) and they weren't rude about it, they knew what it was and got... to work with a good attitude. It wasn't the quickest service but I'm just so happy about how caring the workers were. Read more
