So glad we have this spot, great people and food is amazing!
Someone from out of state told me about this shop. So I went in and was able to get some gluten free whoopies that were... delicious! They also had a peanut butter square with chocolate on it. I hope can get more of a selection and spread the word sothey stay open! Nice customer service as well!! Read more

Country Roots is a lighthouse in Notthern Maine's vegan dessert. We picked a great lunch and some items from the store. Great little bakery and store with delicious soup, smoothies, wrap sandwiches and scones. We?d drive out of our way to go again.... Almost everything in the store is vegan and lots of gluten free or nut free products. Wish they carried a few more drinks(sprindrift, kombucha without sugar added). I can still smell the black bean soup and quesadilla, yum. Read more
